I came here to find out they were doing a bait and switch on me doing a first come first serve basis and I got refused and disappointed that they it was their choice not to do it even though the main website says that you are participating in the raffle. First of all, if you guys are doing a first come first serve, you should've told corporate and updated the main website so I wouldn't have to waste my time and fuel coming here just to get turned away. I'd like to get reimbursed for gas money since you guys just wasted that and my time for me. I can't get back my time since that is something that is irreplaceable. Second, I tried ordering some Adidas shoes over the phone a week or two ago and they didn't bother answering it after it was not busy. I called at least 5 times without the busy tone ringing and they chose not to pick it up to get my money. So therefore, I'm choosing to definitely not come back here even if you guys were the last place to sell the shoes I'm looking for or doing a raffle for shoes in the future. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I won't go into hard deets but I was done , I gave back all my purchases...BUT being in a service industry myself and the store manager tried with me but I was far gone with my disgruntled attitude, then I went back in after I decided I wanted those clothes and had a absolutely wonderful turn around of my experience with Earl Peoples the senior store manager, we had a conversation after I'd realigned my own attitude around what I do for a living and what I think is good service, he was extremely compassionate listened aware of what was, is, and needed to be ! All I know is that the way Earl Peoples handles customers is stellar service and rightfully and exactly the person who needs/is a guiding force within that companies location, don't lose this gentleman. For my own personal behavior it made me take a hard look at how to approach those people who just don't get the nuances,I could have been more patient, not making an excuse but if it had been smoother from the beginning I wouldn't have been so upset by the time I'd gotten to the checkout area and I was fired up,for this I apologize.
