The nice smart people in there helped me use my iPhone wallet. I was embarrassed and super worried and they were so nice and chill. I appreciate that they kept me calm. This is the second time I have purchased from here. First time was several years ago, I purchased a pallet of pellets for wood store and I will say it was a very easy painless trip. Pulled up and they helped load the truck too. I highly recommend this place for any of your co-op needs or random fuels. I wish I would have taken the time to look around inside the store more but I was little frazzled and in a hurry.

Most of the Co-Op's I hand around at these days are food Co-Op's so going to a farm one reminded me…read moreof going to these when my parents would go to them for their ranch supplies sometimes. The main idea was to kill a bit of time and the hope of maybe seeing some baby chicks even though they are often in these stores on a seasonal basis. Well indeed we did get to see the baby chicks. Many were older at this point and had their own feathers but there were younger furry ones too. The older ones yellow fur was gone but they were still very cute. All different kinds of different chickens here also so quite a nice variety of types. Don't handle them on your own as the signs indicate as a staff member needs to be reached before going further with that. There are lots of other inventory for your agricultural needs and in my mind would be a great place to go to stock up on supplies.

That being said, this was my first time using the Snohomish County Solid Waste Transfer Center and it was a good experience. I know, going to the "dump" being a good experience sound odd, but good customer service, politeness and efficiency really does make the difference whether at a restaurant, retail store, coffee shop, or the "dump". In this case, every person I encountered that worked there was polite, courteous and helpful, meaning we were acknowledged, greeted, directed and thanked. They may have hated their job or were having a bad day, but I wouldn't have known. Good signage and direction made the experience quick and efficient with little to no delay so we were in and out Ricky-Tick. But in that short time the customer service did not go unnoticed. From the the gal in the booth/gate to the people on the dump site directing traffic. Honestly some restaurants and stores I've been to could take a lesson about customer service from them, no joke. As for the price 360 lbs. or less = $20, includes tax (minimum fee) Over 360 lbs. = $105 per ton, plus tax I think pretty reasonable, but the gal at the booth did inform us as we were checking out that prices would be going up to $30 for the minimum fee. Still not to bad I think.

The place is well labeled and the guy who was on shift there reached out to me and asked if I…read moreneeded any help. I'd definitely recommend it!
