But I gotta give people a heads up about something. They do not have stringed lights that have blue, green, red, yellow, AND purple. If you are not aware, purple is a color that makes the rest of the colors look some much more vibrant. It complements them. I included videos and pictures showing just what i'm talking about. Home depot even carries a fake tree that comes with colorful lights that include purple attached. It is in a video I made, you can see the tree has blue, green, red, yellow, AND purple lights and looks more brilliant than the other trees that don't have purple. Or the trees with just white lights. The other decorations are spectacular! Bravo Home Depot. Plants as well! Prices? Not too bad. But now i'm off to Walmart to see if they have a string of lights that has all the colors including purple. I'll get the wall anchor there too. EDIT/UPDATE: Walmart had them, make sure to get LED not incandescent unless you want your electric bill to be higher. FUN FACT about purple from google search: "Purple was considered a royal color because the dye used to produce it, known as Tyrian purple, was extremely expensive to make due to the laborious process of extracting it from sea snails, making it only accessible to the wealthy elite, including royalty, who could afford to wear clothing dyed with it; essentially, the rarity and cost of the dye made purple a symbol of status and power throughout history."

The main idea was to kill a bit of time and the hope of maybe seeing some baby chicks even though they are often in these stores on a seasonal basis. Well indeed we did get to see the baby chicks. Many were older at this point and had their own feathers but there were younger furry ones too. The older ones yellow fur was gone but they were still very cute. All different kinds of different chickens here also so quite a nice variety of types. Don't handle them on your own as the signs indicate as a staff member needs to be reached before going further with that. There are lots of other inventory for your agricultural needs and in my mind would be a great place to go to stock up on supplies.

Last year, I…read morebought some turkeys and ducks for the first time - which means I go to the Co-Op pretty regularly - food, oyster shell, straw, bug treats, etc... I love that they're ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. Last year, I wanted a specific kind of duck and they helped me get an appointment for the specific time when they were coming in. Same for the turkeys - they worked with me via email to set up the appointment. It was beyond everything I expected, especially considering COVID craziness. If they're ever out of something at this location, they'll check if they have it at the Monroe location (a quick, 7-8 min drive). Again - always ready and willing to help you out. A big draw is that they have no-ethanol fuel - the preferred fuel for small engines (lawnmowers, weed-whackers... etc.) and you can fill up propane here. So, it can get pretty busy. Completely unrelated to ducks and turkeys, I recently built a gym in my garage - due to COVID - and Tractor Supply was the premier supplier of 3/4 inch horse stall mats - the preferred DIY gym flooring solution. These mats are ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK... and people camp out on the page checking for stock and are driving 100's miles to get them. It's nuts. However, Snohomish Co-Op recently got a bunch in stock. I don't know if this is something they usually have, but I appreciated them getting them in! It's just such a useful place, and I really appreciate it!

You failed miserably. Things can happen, but making promises and verifying that promise for a replacement when you delivered the wrong order, to begin with and when you fail to follow up as promised,, is on you, not the customer. When calling to verify the delivery 2 days past the promised date, it takes 15 minutes to tell the customer you need a couple of minutes to find the order and promise a callback, and an hour later, while landscapers are waiting, a second call is placed. I waited 2 hours for that follow-up call when I called you. All the excuses do not equal taking action. The important piece of this was that this was a very special Christmas presentation that used these lights. My wife started this. Since my wife's passing, this will be the first time they have not been up. This is also the first time all my children and grandchildren will be together. Your lack of basic customer service just ruined a long-running family tradition. I was not asking for a miracle; I was asking for just plain customer service. You and 3 of your employees failed.
