There's not enough room to describe the mechanical service at pacific. For any mechanical problems, go elsewhere. On a good day, I'd let them do a basic oil change but I'd be nervous. If I could leave 0 stars I would- had a hydraulic hose made up by them for my kubota tractor and had always used OVS in McMinnville for this kind of thing but since I was in Hillsboro that day decided to save some time- big mistake- they made the hose at least 3/4" longer than original, I tried for 2 hours to get it on, stripped my hydraulic intake pipe and now $346 later in repairs by OVS - who also said it was too long to fit I am finally back up and running. To add insult to injury, when I took the hose and receipt back in they refused to refund- they will never earn my business again- period! read more

I have bought a few things here and always had a good experience. I first got a chainsaw and it works great. The only problem ever was when I took it apart incorrectly. When I brought in all the parts, they put it together for free and without any complaints. They said lots of people do that, but only once per person... Lol... I also have a kubota from here and they are su per good and wi lol even respond to questions over email so I can avoid the time and cost of bringing it in when all it needs it a screw tightened. This is the worse customer service company we've ever dealt with. After purchasing a new Kubota lawnmower, we've taken it in for a repair. Not only did they not assess what parts needed to be ordered at the onset, they told it it was ready for pickup, it was not, more parts to order, after having it for 3 weeks. My husband and I are buying a farm tractor and stopped in on Monday to see if they could compete with Pape. The guys working there did not seem to need any business - neither one got up when we came in nor put on their mask. The guy at the front desk asked the guy in the office next to him to help us. The 2nd guy acted like we had interrupted his nap and approached us without putting on his mask. As we were leaving the 1st one said something about he was drinking a soda. I tried buying a tractor at this store. They called me back to tell me they located the exact tractor I was looking for. We agreed on price and I gave them a deposit. After taking my deposit, they were supposed to have the tractor delivered to their store. Sure enough they called me back a few days later with the "bait and switch" tactic. The original tractor they were shipping in was "magically" already sold by the other dealer. They found a replacement but instead of being brand new, the replacement had 40 hours on the clock (which means it was a demo unit for 80-100 different people). In addition to being a demo unit, they also raised the price another $2,000. I wasn't going to take the deal. I decided to call the dealer where the original unit was supposedly sold. I found out Pacific Tractor lied. This dealer never had the brand new tractor and never sold it to someone else. This dealer had this old demo unit that they couldn't unload....so they sold it to Pacific. Now I have Pacific calling me up and trying to convince me to buy this other tractor. Well....no thanks. I don't trust them and won't deal with them. read more

Try renting anything and you will be burned! try buying and you will be lied to and give you used equipment and charge you brand new for it. They lie, lie and lie to their eyeballs! After I bought an underpowered mower at a big box store I was worried about getting the right one for my steep yard. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I was impressed that the gentleman who delivered the mower walked around with me to show me how to use it and to make sure it would get up my hill. I bought a brand new Husqvarna tiller from these nice folks for $600. After using it 8 times, took it back for adjustments and was told the transmission is broke and there's no way to fix it! They will not give me any money back, the warranty was up and I'm simply out my money. But they did say they are so sorry!!!!! Never again! read more

Never buy anything from this store they will cheat you and lie to your face. Bought a excavator for the first time and the manager told me that he checked and replaced the oil in the drive motors. I used it for 60 hours and both drives went out. After multiple phone conversations, that the manager and the sales guy Corey both told me they personally changed the oil, the manager finally came out to look at the drives and said he wasn't admitting that he changed the oil. Both drives will cost me over $8,000 to replace in a shop. I never should have taken there word for it. They will lie to your face to make a quick buck. They are the worst Kabota dealership around. read more

If I could rate them NO Stars I would. Purchased a B3350 Tractor from Pacific Tractor. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was Pacific Tractor sold me a RCF2060 Rotary Cutter to go with that tractor. 12 months later I am starting to have problems with my RCF2060 Cutter. Excessive vibration, shear bolts breaking while engaging the PTO, etc. Reached out to the dealer and Spoke with Manager Don Nichols and was told the following......."I have sold 10 of these exact tractors with that same exact RCF2060 Rotary Cutter and I haven't had any customer complaints". To make matters worse, I opened my Kubota manual for the tractor and confirmed that the RCF2060 is not an implement designed to go on the B3350 Tractor. The B3350 tractor can only take up to a 48" Rotary Cutter in order to be covered under manufacturer warranty, PER KUBOTA CORP. Therefore when I went to my local Kubota Dealership in WA to get my tractor serviced with that RCF2060 Rotary Cutter I was told that my tractor was no longer under warranty because an incorrect implement was put on the back of the tractor by Pacific Tractor. I have been advised by Pacific Tractor to swap my 60" Cutter for the 48" Cutter so my Tractor would be covered under warranty. WHAT? I never wanted a 48" Cutter, I always wanted a 60" Cutter. They sold me the wrong tractor with the correct implement I wanted. So instead of Pacific Tractor fixing there major mistake I have decided to take them on through the legal system.
