Probably the best measure of customer service is how a business decides to deal with a problem. I ordered a backhoe attachment on June 1, 2017. Kubota back ordered the equipment and that was going to put me behind schedule for my project. Dave at OVS pulled some strings to get me a loaner excavator that I could use until the backhoe arrived.
