The business license has been revoked I was sold this rv illegally he illegally sold my trade in he is a lier a thief still dont have my title because he does title jumping for you to get it the hot water heater is broke so ive had no hot water for 4 months now the ceiling is leaking nothing is fixed like he "promised" he is a scammer he is doing nothing but putting me through hell since purchasing this rv I have several complaints against him and hope he gets the book thrown at him!!!!!! read more

Please read other reviews before doing business with this company! I purchased a travel trailer from Mike at 512 Auto & RV. We actually purchased a decent trailer and have been happy with it. When I purchased the trailer I was advised to also purchase the extended warranty for repairs and things that may come up later so I did just that. The warranty cost me an additional $2700 plus taxes and now that it's been a few years and I'm in need of repairs, 512 Auto isn't returning calls, emails, or texts! When I bought the trailer I was told that the building had just been broken into and the keys were stolen so they replaced them thru a locksmith while I waited for over two hours. I was also told that I would get the warranty info mailed to me once they put there office back together from the break in. It's been years and no such warranty as ever shown up. Now that I need to make repairs on the trailer, they can't seem to make time to get me the company info of who holds my warranty? I have filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to seek a refund for my extended warranty purchase. Legal proceedings are also in the works and I highly advise you to stay away from this business! They are far to available to take your payment and make a sale but can't employee good customer service one you leave the lot? It's places like this that make people have trust issues with car lots! read more

DO NOT consider buying a car from Jake unless you bring your own trusted mechanic. In my experience, Jake is not a mechanic and does not appear to use professionals I would trust--even with a bicycle. (The car was delivered to me with little to no coolant in the radiator.) He looked both me and my mother in the eye on Christmas Eve and told us he had just changed the oil, added new tires "as a gift," and that the car was the second-best he had ever sold in terms of condition. That turned out to be, at best, dangerously misleading. Despite a clean Carfax and a confident sales pitch, the vehicle I purchased--advertised as "turn-key" and priced at the high end--required nearly half of its purchase price in immediate repairs just to make it safe and drivable. This is my personal account of the transaction. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It's disheartening to see that I am not the only one who has shared similar concerns in reviews about this business. Please verify everything independently before you buy. And remember: this is not "buyer's remorse." As a consumer in Washington State, you have rights. If you've had a similar experience, you can report it to the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Licensing, and the Attorney General's Office. read more

Bought a used 2003 Ford Explorer from this place about 3 days ago. Next day windows stopped working and radio stopped. Alarm goes off randomly for no reason. Took car to a AAA certified shop and the list of issues on this thing is endless. None of which was notated in the description of the car. Nothing was said when I went down to test drive it. I wish I had a screenshot of the description they had of this vehicle of FB Marketplace or Craigslist where they had it listed. I'm a single dad to twins on disability, explained why I was looking for a vehicle, and the guy seemed like he was interested in helping me out. Now it looks like he was just looking for a sucker to get rid of a POS vehicle. Tried messaging the person who i was dealing with and am being ghosted. He said he would have it resolved in a few days but after that call he just ghosted me. Took over 4 moths before I got plates and a title to the truck. I recently bought an overlay priced Travel Trailer by $3500. Including multiple things that where broken and not fixed. I get (as is warranty), but jesus christ. Outdoor shower broke. 30 amp electrical cap broke. Outside storage locks broke. The plywood to the bed had to be redone, plus it broke the counter. Air conditioning unit didn't work. Someone used the toilet and left residuals. The worst was my wife climbing the roof access ladder and it fell apart on her. I'M STILL WAITING ON IT TO BE FIXED WITH A NEW ONE, AS PROMISED. The person who dismantled the ladder, I don't think it can be put back in it's original place because it was tore out so bad. haven't even received the plate or title yet. I WOULD NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN. Neither should anyone else. read more

I purchased my 2006 F150 on 11/21/23 . I should have trusted my gut feeling when I arrived but, I didn't. It was on a charger and salesperson Mike said someone left lights on. NOT I had to get a new battery the next day. He also said it had 6 disc CD player .it did not. He also said it had been 'checked out and had no leaks.' I took it to have the tranny serviced , the shop showed me pictures of a leak in the differential. $900 to fixed. After a month called and talked to Jake about no plates,reg or title. He came over and took pic's of VIN and said it all should take a couple weeks. He then came back a week later for the same task with the same promises. It is now been almost 4 months. and the admin gals says she cant find the file. read more

The Ad stated all facilities were working, they were not. All but the fridge wasn't able to turn on. And the fridge was not to temp when I inspected it. The lights didn't work, though they were replaced (someone stepped on a bulb and there was glass on the floor and in the carpet. The generator was not the model stated in the ad, and was also not serviced so too dangerous to turn on. The ad said a 1996, it was a 94. The black water was full and unable to drain. The water pump didn't work. The carbon monoxide detector was broken. I was told to my face that there was no water damage, which there was. And I was told there was no leaks, there were 4. Jake said he would fix it for free, I was very happy. However after waiting 2 weeks and coming back, I was very upset. The smell was horrible when I opened the door, I could barely stay in there to look over the damage. The water damage got so bad, it had pooled up in areas where the leaks were. There were still drippings so I assumed the leaks were not taken care of. I left and Jake called me that night apologizing and saying he would take it to another RV repair shop and get his "upholstery" guy to fix the water damage. I waited 2 more weeks and was called by the woman at the office that told me to pick up my RV and hung up. When I went back I was furious. The cushions I moved to look at the damage were still in the same spot. You could tell from the pictures I took nothing was done because they left a mold print. The smell was still awful and water was still pooled. But now the water damage was so bad that the integrity of the frame and floor was buckling. I knew I was buying a fixer upper, I didn't know jake would sabotage my RV out of spite. When I called demanding a refund he said "buyers remorse" and "you bought as is". But the damage he did is going to cost thousands more than when I first bought it. Now that I am sleeping in my car next to a dangerous junk RV, Ill try to make sure no one else makes the mistake of coming here. Or they bring a mechanic or lawyer. read more

One star because you don't have a zero star rating. I have waited for two months before writing this review. At this time, I still have not received a temporary trip permit, allowing me to legally operate the vehicle, nor has the paperwork been filed for a lost title and new plates and registration which Jake, the owner of 512 Auto Rv, assured me had been filed and the plates were due to arrive last week. according to the department of licensing no paperwork has been filed at all on the vehicle. This is a violation of the state's requirement that a change of title and information be filed within 45 days by a dealer. But, that's just the beginning. I've put another $2000 plus into the vehicle, fixing things that I was assured did not need fixing when I purchased it. I had the vehicle inspected by a professional RV service and found that the brakes which she assured me were good, were in fact in need of replacement in the back. additionally I was assured there were no leaks or water damage in the vehicle, which was untrue. A window fell out of the motorhome as I was driving it home from the lot. It turned out the wall that the window sat on, had rotted along with section of floor beneath it. when I hooked up to water the first time it's spraying a leak in the pipes going to the hot water tank. It also had a cracked hose receptacle on the motorhome. I had to have the leaks repaired the floor and the wall taken out and repaired, and that's just what I found so far. Still have no license plate, I have no temporary permit, and no idea when I may get any of those. The motorhome has not been inspected as stated, in fact, a worker at the RV Lot had to go get WD-40 and pliers in order to open the outside bins that had been locked and corroded in the locked position. I was assured that all the hoses were there and usable for the vehicle. When I actually checked, most were not there and the ones that were there were damaged and unusable. read more

It is 140 in the morning and from day 1 my husband has been working on the thing... we expected some repairs but, we were lied to , we have not been able to enjoy this motor home from day 1 .., the list is so long and so sad! Jake was friendly, direct, low key and very open about the whole transaction. I made an "as is" purchase of a 1992 Class C RV and then realized that I needed to have the power steering looked at before I could drive it. I purchase a 2006 Motorhome 33' from this guy and could not transfer the title over to my name due to the fact that the title was torn and taped. Little did I know, that the DOL would not accept it. I have since contacted the seller via phone and text with very little to no communication on his end. He states that he is getting the title for me and is working hard at it. He also said he was shipping me a new table to replace the broken one. Yet when I text him (calling is useless), he doesn't reply. This has been ongoing since March 22, 2021 (it is now June 10th). Currently I have an expensive vehicle that I cannot use, did repairs on and paying insurance on. You can imagine how frustrating this is for me and my family. We really needed some away time and purchasing a motorhome was our way out. That plan is still pending and will probably be for a while. I plan to return this vehicle with full refund, cost of repairs, cost of insurance and any associated lawyer fees. I will also be reporting this to the BBB to ensure he does not do this to someone else. Johnathan Michael Steve, when you fix this issue, I will fix this post. jake was nice. But i dont recommend buying a rv from them. Lesson learned on my part. If you do be sure to have fully checked out. After paying nearly $30,000 in first 72 hrs im over $10,000 deep in repairs, and now im on side of mountain rd trying to find a tow company to tow 40' coach and coolant running out of rig as i find hose that was repair at one time with black tape and has now blown. beyond frustrated read more
