Great experience trading in my old Tiguan for a new 2026 Tiguan, Martin was excellent in reaching out and getting me to come in and then setting up a great deal with me. If you need someone to help you out, ask for Martin, he will make sure you leave happy.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car here. Martin provided outstanding service and worked diligently to secure the best possible deal for me. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support throughout the process. Thank you very much.

I inquired for a simple request of a receipt of my most recent service performed at this dealership. After days of emailing back-and-forth with Martin Leon, my request has still not been answered. I even followed up multiple times with phone calls only to get patched through to his voicemail option which was marked as full and could not reach him over the phone. I am very disappointed with the overall poor customer service and lack of communication by this dealership.

This dealership has some of the BEST HONEST & CARING EMPLOYEE. Had my VW Tiguan serviced and Carlos very handsome, well spoken and listened to my ever concern. Now this is key factor. Informed Carlos of my concerns. Guesstimate time frame for oil and filter tire rotation, and lightbulb change. George the MECHANIC, didnt get to meet him. But my car is driving smoothly and I can tell my the way it stops. The way I go smoothly over the small humps on the streets. I love honesty and the fact that I saved a few a dollars as well. So yes, I tipped George my change. I wanted to do more, bc I appreciate GREAT WORK, & CHAIN OF COMMANDS. I purchased my vehicle here from Jimmy Nolte who I love and yes straight forward and won't play with your money. Community come on in if you need to purchase a vehicle, get a repair, or if you're just in the process of thinking about it. We want honest dealerships. No Im not a paid for this, Im an real time life customer. True Yelper. Im giving my honest review love my Community will always give my honest review to keep you updated.

Bought a Certified-Pre-Owned ID4 for a fair price with low mileage and was treated well. Jesus (Salesperson) and Berdj (Finance and Closing) were great! They both own ID4s which was reassuring. Berdj told me about his experiences with being an EV owner and I appreciated his frankness and down-to-earth personality, then Jesus took time out of his schedule to walk me through the basics, and customization of my preferences with the car and I really appreciated that. He also made sure i had all my necessities so it felt like a New Car experience despite it being a CPO. Overall, I'm happy with the car, and I'm happy with my experience at Pacific Volkswagen and would definitely recommend PVW to both new and used car buyers.

I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific Volkswagen thanks to both JAMES and RICKY! Also, CRYSTIE the manager made it happen with the numbers! From start to finish, they made the process smooth, transparent and genuinely enjoyable. I purchased my second Volkswagen here. I couldn't be happier with my decision. James and Ricky were both knowledgeable, patient and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the features of the vehicles and ensured I got the best deal possible. If you're looking for a hassle-free and professional car-buying experience, I highly recommend JAMES, CRYSTIE and the entire sales team at Pacific Volkswagen. I'll definitely be coming back for another VW! Also, a huge shout out to the service department. SUSAN AHN, is my go to person! She always makes it easy to drop off and pick up my vehicle when due for service. Ask for her!

After my car was stolen, i was both dreading the process of having to find a new car and kind of excited. We did tons of research, watched a millions of videos before we narrowed down what we wanted. In the process of narrowing down, I think I walked into this dealership like 3 times. The first time I met James, and explained I just wanted to sit in the car to see if my husband would fit, as he's tall with knee issues lol. He didn't judge me just grabbed the keys haha!! The second time, I wanted to bring my hubby to see if he fit for real for real. He did!! We took a test drive but Hubs had more research to do. Now, we finally narrowed our choice down to the id.4 and it was time to pick one and test drive IT, but James was out that day. He still made sure I was taken care of by Chris! We tested a car, but didn't love the color. They had the same model getting ready to be put on the floor but didn't know when it would be ready. This is where the Sales Manager Jen comes in. I SUSPECT she had a hand in making sure that car went through the process quickly so we could see it, but they are too classy to admit that so who knows? All I know is that the next morning bright and early I had photos of the car and I knew it was the one! We came in the evening, and gave it one last spin and handed over our credit card. We got through the finance process quickly and I got to come home with my new vehicle last night plus a few extras ;) Imust say that out of all the dealerships we visited, they were the most professional, honest and helpful. James, Chris and Jen not only worked as a team to make sure I got the best customer service, I walked out with the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and thats priceless. So proud to be part of the Pacific VW Family!

Do they do outside repairs on Volkswagen beetles?

They do not, they only do repairs or necessary adjustments needed for vehicle scheduled maintenance. However on outside repairs on all VW cars, I suggest speaking to Eli's Collision Repair they have two location in LA and are a major VW certified… Read more

There were massive drip marks in the finished product as well as a ton of over spray. In some spots it looked like they ran out of paint to finish it bc there is not enough paint covering and the coat is so thin ( like rattle can ). In one part it looks like 2 different colors were used , white and some yellowish color. Also we can still see some faint blue behind the white color.. He lied to us also. Had the truck delivered via AAA tow truck on June 23, 2017 he texted us on the 28th telling us it was ready. I asked him for a photo of the truck he said he didn't have one. So we live in Mission Viejo which is a 1.5 hour drive or 3 hour round trip. On June 29th the next day my friend went out to the shop on the basis that the truck was ready, we'll it wasn't to our surprise, Aaron had said that he had problems getting it in the paint booth and that it would be ready in 2 hrs time... it's a Friday no one was looking to stick around in the heat. Plus why did he say that it was ready the day before?????? Anyways the finished product was nightmare to the heart point where it needs to be Repainted AGAIN. We are looking to sell the truck so we are not expecting a well paint job. There goes 770 dollars down the drain. Horrible customer service that guy should be fired..

Unfortunately, my experience with Kiros Auto went from good to bad to the worst in a matter of weeks. This is a detailed review so for those who don't want to read this long rant, the bottom line is this shop sucks but shame on me for being penny wise and pound foolish in trusting them to fix my import luxury car. The shop is family-owned and run by brothers Kiro and Mike and their dad Alex. Mike is passionate about cars and very knowledgeable. He is also a smooth talker who handles most of the communication. He will also lie to your face. I drive a 2008 hybrid SUV that has over 100,000 miles so I knew I it was time to do some maintenance. Initially I went to this shop because they offered the best price for headlight restoration. They did a great job on the headlights so in an effort to save money, I trusted them to handle a tire monitor situation that was causing my check system light to stay on. The dealer wanted upwards of $1,500 to fix the problem. Kiros Auto said they could fix it for $700-800, maybe less because they were willing to investigate the status of each sensor rather than just trying to replace all of them. Only one sensor was bad so I felt good about the work Kiros had done. Then I ended up replacing my battery via AAA and took a road trip and my check system light came back on. I called the shop from the road and Mike said I should check the tires to make sure I hadn't gotten a puncture since they fixed the sensors. I stopped at a Jiffy Lube that checked my tire pressure and informed me that my tires actually needed replacing. Upon closer inspection I saw that my tires were very worn and nearly cracking. I was surprised that Kiro had not mentioned this to me since they were working on my tires! This should have been a red flag. When I got back to town I took my car back to them since the tire sensor repair was under warranty. They had my car for nearly a week then I got it back and thought everything was fine. Hah! Two days after getting my car back, it wouldn't start at all. I called back AAA who jumped the car and I took it back to Kiro to see if in the reprogramming of my tire sensors, something had been thrown off. Mike reassured me that this was not the problem then gave me a long speech about the poor quality of AAA batteries. He suggested the battery was bad and to test it, they put in a new battery and kept my car overnight so they could monitor and test it. Sure enough he determined the battery was not holding a charge (I did get a refund from AAA). I then let him put one of their batteries in my car and prepared to go on another road trip. I ended up stranded in the mountains when this new battery died. Upon my return, I again found myself at the shop due to the warranty situation. This time, Mike determined I had a parasitic draw on the battery due to a faulty electronic control unit (ECU). I authorized replacement. Turns out the part was a special order so I was out of my vehicle for another 2-3 weeks! I couldn't understand the delay until I pressed for explicit details which is when I realized they were ordering used parts that were actually defective. I asked them to order a new part from the dealer. When I came to pick up my car, not only was the vehicle not ready as promised, but one of their mechanics was literally still working on my car. He had my tire iron in his hand and I noticed my spare tire compartment was broken. I pointed this out to Kiro who said they would fix it along with with my windows that no longer worked. Now I'm pissed and don't trust them. I just wanted my vehicle back intact. Mike promised everything would be made right. So I was furious when I went to pick up my car to find the windows still didn't work, nor had they fixed what they broke on my car, and now my alarm didnt work either. The windows were just a quick reinitializing process but the repair for the broken spare tire compartment again required a special order. What infuriated me even more was the dad Alex trying to insinuate that I had broken the tire compartment. Since Kiro was present when I discovered the problem and I had been pretty accommodating up to that point, they didn't force the issue and agreed to repair it. They charged me another $500+ despite all their incompetence and I paid it to get my keys back and get out of the shop without incident. However I was able to dispute the charges and recover some of my money. I had to take my car back to the dealer after all. That's when I discovered they really did not know how to reprogram the ECU which was why the alarm and the windows were having issues. I also found out it would cost me $500-700 to fix the stuff they broke. All in all, these guys talk a good game and may even have a lot of great car knowledge but they are liars and cheats. Buyer beware.
