We waited no more than 5 min while they were preparing our room. Once it was ready, we were escorted inside to the attached photo and each session is 40 minutes and there is a tv in a separated section of the room not impacted by the heated sauna. The temperature was always kept between 145-150 degrees and it wasn't extreme heat, which made it more manageable and bearable. They also provided wet cold towels for usages if needed and we were just relaxing and chilling in there. There's plenty of towels and you can always ask for more. Overall everything went flawless and we look forward to coming back! They also have the crypto therapy room!!!!
