Following a quick phone call we were pleased to know we had a new box source. We use a lot of boxes in January for a charity auction supporting a nonprofit exotic cat rescue we're involved with, the Exotic Feline Rescue Center. When we arrived, we found the office is full of nicely organized and arranged sample boxes with specific sizes noted and prices. Packing peanuts are also available. There is a 10% discount on 10 boxes of the same size or 25% discount off a bundle of boxes. The number of boxes in a bundle vary per box size. The gentleman we had spoken to on the phone already pulled the boxes we needed. He was very nice and obviously very efficient providing great customer service. We paid and off again in 5 minutes. Very happy with the selection, the prices weren't outrageous and he provided excellent customer service. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Weeks ago, I ordered tennis shoes from a company that is apparently based in the Netherlands. When I went to return them, it said I could only do so at a DHL drop-off location. They are surprisingly hard to find. This spot is also closed on the weekends and closes at 5pm which makes it hard to get to when you work full-time. I finally drove over here during a lunch break to drop off my package and they took it quickly and easily. The store itself was quite cluttered, but the woman working helped me out and I'm glad to no longer have that package in my car!

To be honest I thought you could just have a P.O. Box in here, and then mail or have things notarized. They also can do a fingerprint appointment! Who knew? Now you do! Clean and well organized store, also with a lot of Knick nacks, like funky socks, charms and coloring journals. They got me right in and right out I was happy with how prompt it was. I was super impressed with how they handled our current situation. They have automatic doors so you do not have to open the door with a handle. As soon as you walk in there were taped sections to stand in that were at least 6 feet apart to promote social distancing, and they make sure that their staff was protected with PPE. There were about 6 people ahead of me when I got to the shop and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. They were efficient, and my package arrived right when it needed to. In addition to their handling of COVID-19, I want to highly my delivery of a package I received earlier in the day prior to my visit. They delivered my package, knocked on the door, backed up 6 feet or more, and verified my identity to get the package and signed on my behalf so that way I did not have to touch a pen or another device.
