Awful place. Do not use this place of business for any reason. I requested how much it would cost to mail a birthday card to Canada because the USPS was not open due to the massive flooding in Houston, TX. He stated it would be $50.00 then changed it to $36.00. He said he did not have access to the USPS prices when I questioned the cost. Instead of advising me to wait he tried to justify his ridiculous cost. Had he been kind enough to inform me that the price was too high and to wait until next week to mail the card I would have used him for something else. This business should be closed permanently. On May 25th 2016 around 2:30 p.m. arrived at pack and ship Huntsville Texas to get a quote on how much it would be to send an item to an eBay buyer. The events that transpired over the next five minutes or the absolute worst experience I have ever in my entire life experienced in a retail typesetting slash restaurant Etc and all my life two gentlemen young gentleman an African-American and a young Caucasian male were there I clearly stated that I was just here to get a quote on the item I was hoping to send to my eBay buyer I received a quote from the nice African-American gentleman of $16.52 and realized that there would be additional charges for the packaging. The African American male Weighed my framed picture and I began to give him my address I was going to send the item to Meanwhile the Caucasian male came from the back and took the package off the scale and proceeded to go to the back to do something I was not aware of. The grand total came to $28.50 I believe as I mentioned before I was just there to get a quote and was very grateful to get that quote after I got the quote a Caucasian male came from the back with my package wrapped in bubble wrap and proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for the 4 sheets of bubble wrap at $0.80 per sheet Ivan stated Sir with all due respect I am just here to get a quote I appreciate your time but I do not need this wrapped and packaged the Caucasian male begin to get extremely frustrated and told me that I had agreed to the $16.50 for shipping and that how was I going to pay for the four sheets of bubble wrap at $0.80 per sheet I then reiterated the fact that I do appreciate your time but like I stated before I just needed to quote a Caucasian male rudely told me that he heard me agree to $16.50 and that this was a waste of his time and and how am I going to pay for the bubble wrap I told him that I just want my framed picture and I'll be on my way and thank you so much for your time a Caucasian male begin to order a rude things under his breath condescending mean and making me feel very uncomfortable I stated that I would just like to be on my way if you could please give me my frame picture back the Caucasian male muttered under his breath how this was a waste of his time and I received his rudeness and just said I would like to be on my way thank you be Caucasian male mother under his breath how this was a waste of his time and I received his rudeness stand just said I would like to be on my way thank you he rudely gave me my frame back and I mentioned thank you so much for your time and also thank you for proving that with rudeness like this I'll never be doing with you business again thank you have a nice day I grabbed my framed picture and turned around and headed for the door the next thing I heard was the white Caucasian male telling me and I quote go fuck yourself yes I heard correctly he told me to go fuck myself. My father and I have been doing business with pack and ship 4 over 7 Year's. This verbal harassment is absolutely Criminal. Obviously the feelings of anger and retaliation first crossed my mind but no human being should have to deal with something like this so I walked embarrassed and ashamed and Confused out of an establishment that I have been going to as well as my father 4/7 years and will never return harassment and bullying is not to be taken lightly I just hope and pray that whatever is going on with this young man he can realize the error of his mistake and come to terms with his actions read more
