The lady who was working on the floor said that she had the computer I wanted in stock, but then I heard her talking to the lady behind the desk saying "no sorry, you can't sell the display unless it goes on clearance" so I asked if we could order it and she said something completely contradictory, she goes "you can't order clearance items." The other lady told her it was not a clearance item, so the lady behind the desk says very rudely to the other lady "I don't know which one they want." Then she looked at us and goes "sorry, I'm trying to do something else." I started to get her to order one for us, but I changed my mind after I found out that they didn't have site to store orders. The combination of her attitude and the fact that I would have to have it shipped to my house made me change my mind. I have a watch that was my great grandmother's. It looks like a very small pocket watch on a…read morebracelet. If found it in my mother's things after my mom passed. The gears were completely rusted and restoration would have been insanely expensive so I had a jewelry shop in Tomball put a modern movement into it. Fast forward 20 plus years and the winding knob fell off and got lost. I tried to replace it and could not get the stem to go back in. I took it to this store to get it done. The watch repair guy didn't seem to want to bother with it at all. I gave him all this info but he said it couldn't be done. I told him if he needed to it was ok to put a new movement into it. Again he said it couldn't be done as he's looking at it and could clearly see that it HAD been done once already. Apparently since it wasn't a super expensive watch he just couldn't be bothered. He was flat out rude. I will never go there again and would not recommend them. I get that everyone has bad days but that was so unprofessional.
