We are a small business Farnsworth Collectibles which uses this location. You can and will never use a postal service with such care and value. We use them for a PO box and drop off service. In the past we have used Notary, Fax and Computer services. They are all very reasonably priced and they will never do you wrong. I have used a lot of these Pack and Mail stores in the past. I know there are users that will drive here, and I would too. Everyone here cares and are super friendly. Do yourselves the favor. Drive past any other provider and come here. It's worth it!

THE IS A UPS STORE. I had a package shipped to this Location because the shipper required an…read moredirect signature for delivery and I cannot receive packages at work. I called this location directly ahead of time to verify that they do let people ship hold for pick up they said yes and said there was no fee as long as it was picked up on the same day as delivery The package was delivered today at 12:15 PM and it was picked up less than an hour after it was delivered to the store. I received a voicemail from the Store stating that there was going to be an eight dollar fee associated with picking up the package. They held my package hostage and gave me the option to have it returned or pay the eight dollars so I paid a fee to get my package. I called several other UPS stores in immediate area and none of them charge a fee as long as it is picked up on the same day. I even called the UPS customer service and they stated that there was no such policy for same-day pick up. The register receipt was run up as miscellaneous non-taxable item for eight dollars.

I have been there twice recently for the same thing and it has taken 30 minutes each time. I have to repeat myself multiples time on what I need and the process has become frustrating. The older woman that works there use to handle this process with me and she is a pro! Very knowledgeable and listens. I never have to worry about my shipments when she handles it, but she is busy handling everything else because the new staff struggles with handling customers in a timely manner.
