We are a small business Farnsworth Collectibles which uses this location. You can and will never use a postal service with such care and value. We use them for a PO box and drop off service. In the past we have used Notary, Fax and Computer services. They are all very reasonably priced and they will never do you wrong. I have used a lot of these Pack and Mail stores in the past. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like.
