Guess it was my lucky night! I really enjoyed this choice. I also tried an Italian boxed wine and it also was good. Don't knock box wine until you've tried it. Prices were reasonable on wines by the glass. Pleasure is all wine also is store. They have an array of wines available for all styles. Pricing is comparable to other shops in town. The inside of the wine shop has many seating options. Patio seating is available too. This spot is great for a meet up with friends or solo. It's also good for large groups. I plan to return soon to enjoy some more delicious wines.

By comparison, other liquor stores allow you to request certain products and the Mountain Brook ABC Store consistently carries Solerno Liquor. Additionally, customer service could be improved. As it is now, the ambiance of the store does not encourage customers to spend more money. It encourages them to get out as quickly as possible. A greater emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and customer engagement would enhance the overall shopping experience. While the store meets basic needs, there is room for improvement in both customer service and product flexibility. I recommend this as a liquor store if it is the closest. Just get in and out as quickly as possible. Their selection is less than that of the Mountain Brook Store but they have most things. I thought you could request a bottle or case of a certain liquor but they do not allow that. I enjoy Solerno, a blood orange liquor, but this store refuses to stock it. Most liquor stores, that I have been in, don't have this much to choose from (wine). Also, in the back of the store they have beer from local breweries, nice touch! I don't think I've ever been in a liquor store that has beer, let alone promotes local, really cool. As for the rest of the store, there is the standard selection of vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, etc. Since it's kind of a small store, they may not have a ton of stock of each item, but they have an overall good selection. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon entry and wished me a good day when I left. If I was in the area and needed something, I'd stop by this location again.
