I started using Packaged To Go a few months ago. It is close to my house and I wanted a physical address while I am traveling, rather than a PO box, so it seemed like a no-brainer. That has worked out well. I then started using them for my shipments, which they have been very helpful with. I have never had to wait in a line, they give you a discount on the normal FedEx/UPS costs and they can even send you an email confirmation when your package is delivered. This is pretty nice, since I have always had to wait at the post office or other shipping stores. Finally, they are willing to help out. One day, I missed their closing by a couple minutes. I had a package there that I needed for my flight the next morning and the owner drove from their house to open the store so I could get my package - very appreciated! read more

I love snail mail. It reminds me a time when beautiful stationary and handcrafted letters were the norm. My love for sending postcards is what brought me here. I never thought I'd review a shipping center but I had to after my last visit here. This place is seriously the best place I've ever been to do handle my mailing and shipping needs. I've been purchasing stuff from the inter-webs since it was made possible! Easy breezy! I click a button and it's here in a few days. Shipping something out? I have never done it. I couldn't believe I had never done it. No boxes, packaging materials, or labels. Accounts with UPS, FedEx, USPS is something I did not have! PFFT. It all of a sudden wasn't so easy for me. This was clearly the first time I sold something online. After leaving the local USPS office because I couldn't find a big enough box, (let us keep in mind I was on my one hour lunch break) I yelped local packaging areas and this place came up with solid reviews. I was stoked, but the clock was ticking. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was sooooooo helpful and just polite. You can hear it in his tone and see it in his mannerisms. That stuff counts. Anyways, I watched my stuff get measured, bubble wrapped, boxed, drowned in green styrofoam peanuts, weighed, and taped. He found the cheapest way I could ship this expensive item to Michigan, smack some insurance on it, AND have a signature required. So because I had been researching prices on USPS and FedEx the night before, I was expecting to pay between $60-$80 at the most. I must have been doing something wrong because..... ...he gave me a grand total of $29 bucks. I was thrilled. Shocked. Flabbergasted. Whatever! I was HAPPY! But the lady that helped me gave me a pouch for the label and said she would give it to the mailman for me since I didn't have time to make it to the post office today. So far, I've only used Packaged to Go for notary services and faxing important documents, but I'm convinced they must be my go-to shipping service center. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering prices charged at other local mail centers for the same services. They are always friendly, courteous, and efficient. A couple of times there were one or two customers ahead of me, so I was expecting a long wait, but not. They are quick, yet you don't feel like you are being rushed through. Great customer service! I never thought I'd be reviewing a mailing shop! Then again five years ago I never thought I'd be reviewing stuff through my phone after having located it on an app. Before I go on about what prices used to be and shake my cane at you, let me say that this shop is awesome sauce! Whenever the post office is closed they accept packages or mail at any time... They have a drop slot for letters. They also accept Fedex, DHL, and UPS packages making online returns so easy! Visited today and got some great customer service despite not being prepared. This facility takes USPS, UPD, and FedEx. The clerk was super helpful with me getting the packages setup and taped to be returned. He told me I should have them ready in the future, but his tone was very friendly and not admonishing or aggressive. I would highly recommend and will be using them Again in the future. read more

I wish I knew about the first time customer discount on Yelp. I told him I was new and visiting from the east coast. I moved from LA and wanted some final sentimental things shipped. I spent about $200 and it was a lot for me especially during covid times. I could have saved $20! And then I was charged $16 for popcorn! I wish I had time to go back to my old place postal service store who didn't charge me for packing material because I also spent a lot of money there moving from Culver City. He just used usps and this guy here insisted I use FedEx. And I was told to hurry up because they are closing soon! I didn't even get to see my package shipped or final cost breakdown. I was emailed the receipt later because he rushed me out at 6pm. My husband and parents were so mad at me. I was at a loss for time and using a car rental in Cerritos. Just do yourself a favor and pack your own stuff and find another way other than mailing for moving. I feel so sad but I will get my things at least I hope undamaged. read more

This was my first time getting anything notarized. When I first came in the guy working was busy. He was answering calls and emails. He was polite and asked me what services I needed. I told him this paper needed to be notarized. At first, he wasn't going to do it because the documents I had were not correctly written out for him to sign. He still notarized them and even took the package that was suppose to go the the post office. He was very nice and had great customer service. I would definitely be back. read more

I hate to be unoriginal with a comment but here it goes.. Packaged To Go exceeded my expectations. I was handling a very expensive shipment for my daughter regarding a sell she made on eBay. I had never dealt with eBay/PayPal processes and was very leery about making a mistake. Packaged To Go walked me through the correct process and even held the package until I was actually ready to ship. They send email notifications on the shipping status which is a great help. I went in and she just as attentive and patient in person. We completed my Livescan in 10 minutes. She explained that she needed to take multiple fingerprints to ensure they wouldn't be rejected.
