Stopped there today 4/11/26 to drop off a pkg going back to Amazon . I was told by the mgr/ proprietor that I needed to place the item in another covering since mine was in a clear see thru covering . I explained that this png was exactly how it was sent to me . He said it's ok for delivering to a home but for a return it needs to be in a more protective wrapping . I left and went directly to UPS store in Clifton in the Richfield shopping area . They took my pkg exactly the same as I presented to the owner at Main st . Little Falls . This was the third time this has happened to me where they wanted to sell me their wrappings . It's a scam so he makes more money . I'll never go back there .. to Main St Little Falls. The guy is a liar & scammer . Never will this happen again ! read more

Everytime I go in here there's always a smiling face at the counter with a warm welcome. A lot of people use this location especially to return Amazon stuff, which I was there to do the same. Always clean & free of debris. They do ALOT of services that was not aware of besides shipping. read more

This UPS store is a scam. Employee tried to charge me for a roll of tape to put one strip of tape on my package! Thankfully a fellow customer already bought a roll of tape and kindly gave me a piece of tape. Every other UPS store I've ever been to tapes up the package themselves or has tape available for FREE for customers to use. I know this economy is rough for many but to force customers to buy tape is unethical and disgusting. read more

I go here because it's close, but for no other reason. The online print order sends you a confirmation of receipt, but the staff is unaware of order and say they cannot access it and tells you so with attitude. I have also used them as an access point for package pick up and then they accused me of entering their address as if it were my own, then charged me to collect it. (I got the money back from the store I purchased item from), but UPS Little Falls needs to get their act together. read more

The guy there is just a lazy guy. line almost to the door, girl by herself, he decide to stroll out with his coffee at hand. then decides to take customers. My turn is up, he told me i needed box for all my returns to amazon. i told him i didn't, because i select a "greener" return policy which does not require me to put them in boxes. he tells me those are the "rules" and pulls out a sign. so i went to the Ups store in Clifton to test out this rule. I have been calling for over a week and they still do not know what happen with my package

Today, I was assisted by a young man who was courteous and helpful . The manager was so rude to him. He asked for a hand truck since my box was so heavy. the supervisor ignored what he asked then had such a condescending tone. I had to address this supwrvosor and stated "since no one offered to help with my box, can I please have a hand truck. my box is outside the door and I do not want it falling on anyone." he was so aggressive towards me and was so rude , my 9 year old said "don't talk to my mom like that." As an educator, I felt the need to stand up for this young man. i told him he should not speak to his employee that way. After hearing this man speak, he has no respect for his employees, customers, especially as a woman there with 2 children. he actually said "this is my store and Ill speak how I want." I wonder if he would have spoke to that young man that way in front of his parents or even spoken to me that way if my husband was present. read more

I have used this location and their services over 2 years and I am what one would consider a very frequent user. I went this AM to return an Amazon product that didn't require a label , however I forgot to put a piece of tape on the top of the box. The owner told me they need the top taped and it would cost me $2 for literally a 4 inch piece of packing tape. I asked her could she as a courtesy just use their store tape and she refused. Let me add that the item was a 29 inch suitcase-- not heavy but bulky and she made me take the item back since I refused to pay the outrageous cost for a little sliver of tape. I used to be a semi-regular customer up to about a month ago. There is a new owner named Chris, who quite frankly is rude to customers. The service has gone downhill, while the prices have gone up. Also, all of the staff seems to have left, which is never a good sign. Several times I came, only to leave since the line was out the door. I went to return some sneakers so it was a small shoe box. I was met with a lady that was cold and rude. She wanted to charge me $2.00 for a small piece of tape. ex. she would tape the box for me for a $2.00 fee ( I guess that was her courtesy) I'll give you a small piece of tape for $2.00. I would say six inches of tape for $2.00 instead of just giving me a courtesy as I didn't know the box needed to be sealed. If it was a big box I would understand the $2.00 charge but not a tiny box. My elderly mother used to come into this store weekly and the girls were beyond helpful and kind to her. Ever since the new owner took over, all the staff have left and the store has just changed completely. Prices have gone up and my mother has expressed how upset she is with the little compassion or help they offer to give her, telling he she basically needs to figure everything out before she can be helped. Good customer service goes a long way and ever since the switch in owners, that is something this store lacks. read more

I heard from people in town that they recently have new owners and a new staff. I will never be using this store ever again. I recommend that no one uses this store for any service. The staff here is so nice and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. There is another location closer to my house, but I take the extra time to come here. This UPS Store is located in a small strip mall which is quite hard on the car getting into due to uneven entrance ramp. Walked in and the place was busy with one guy on the computer and the other standing around. Brought a UPS parcel to ship and needed a small piece of tape on top of the box. They wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape. How cheap can you be? Generally UPS costs more than USPS for the package I was shipping and they should have been happy to have my business. Since I was stuck with UPS, took my package back and went to Home Depot and purchased my own tape. Will be sending the package through my work's shipping department. read more

I've been here twice when I've needed to mail back packages that I've ordered. I tend to go in the evenings after work. I've never had to wait, and the staff is very friendly. They scanned my packages and printed a drop-off package receipt which contains the tracking number for your records. My packages arrived back to the companies as scheduled. read more
