(My appt was for 6 or 7pm I believe). When I walked in a bunch of people were there who I'm guessing were walkins. I told the guy I had an appt at the time i got there and he put me in line behind the walk-ins. this would've been okay if there was like one or two people in front of me but no there were five!! I decided to stay for 30 minutes past my appt time to see if I'd be able to get in quick, but she wasn't even done with the first person, so I decided to leave. My friend, who was a walk in and was one spot in front of me, didn't get her tattoo until like 11pm at night which is crazy because it was a mini tattoo deal. Point is, I had an appt but was still put in line behind walk-ins. Luckily I did not pay a deposit or anything, phew. Will not be going back This is not a post regarding their work.

I came in Looking to purchase new Jewelry for my helix piercing. Selected a piece but The advice I got was golden. The person who did my piercing basically used a gun & placed the wrong type of jewelry in it. The piercing guy wasn't in shop this day so ....I purchased my new joint & some solution & left. I went home with an earring that was advised based on our convo & kinda what he saw. He didn't advise me to touch my ear nor was he able to. Got home & realized my hole was smaller than the new jewelry. So that didn't get changed out. Went back to the shop to see what was my next option. It was really not a planned trip. Luckily for me Jeff was nice & remembered our previous convo. I just asked if the person who does piercing was available. He was preparing for a client. But moral of the story is Jeff went to speak to Tony. Tony came out with a smile. He also accommodated me & changed out the new earring. I purchased it that day b/c I left my other earring @ home. Tony & I chatted, he made me super comfortable & before I knew it was over! I told both guys their shop is super clean & I was impressed. Service was too notch too! Never got tatted here but they are def on the list for if I get anymore. Come to find out Tony is the owner & was the piercing guy who helped me, he is as humble as ever. Chino- my tattoo artist- was very diligent and helpful with me from my initial contact, to the completion of my tattoo. Chino was very transparent and humble with me throughout the entire process, and worked with me based off my busy schedule. I had bounced off a few tattoo ideas with him, to which he was very patient and helpful. Chino's art and work speaks volume for itself- and I highly recommend anyone who wants high quality work, with a reasonable price ($200 / hour) to book and get their tattoo with Chino. But my new dermal has lasted way longer than the rejected one and it's healed so nicely. If it wasn't for Tina I'd probably have two scars on my face. She's so kind.
