Paco's Upholstery is a gem. I needed to upholster a window seat, and although I kept telling myself it was not a big job, the logistics overwhelmed me, starting with choosing the right fabric. After months of procrastinating, I looked on Yelp and found Paco's, only a mile away. I brought in the window seat and a dark yellow sofa cushion it needed to complement. Coco showed us a few fabrics that might work for the seat, and within about two minutes my family and I had agreed on a woven green. Coco told us that the item would be ready in five or six days, but two days later texted to tell me the work was finished. Amazing! Coco & crew transformed our sad window seat with the stained fabric into a thing of beauty -- much more comfortable, with nicer fabric that will stand up to use. The price was ridiculously reasonable. I wish I had more items to upholster, but I will be back at Paco's when I do. read more

Paco's did a great job restoring this MCM sofa! The work was extensive and included replacing all of the webbing. Essentially, except for the wood frame, it's an all new piece of furniture. Paco and team have been in business for decades. Has some modern stools covered that had originally been covered in cheap vinyl. Paco replaced with white leather and stools look better than when first purchased. HIGHLY recommend. read more

After much email back and forth with Daisy at Paco's Upholstery to try to re-upholster my breakfast nook, I gave up. I gave her the dimensions, the photos, the information. There was a hiccup when it was clear that it was necessary to go onsite to do the work. But if they refuse to do it onsite, why not communicate that to me me instead of just ignoring my emails? This buisness is a real find. Run a by a family, who are not only talented at their craft, but friendly as well. Since we had a tight budget, but the chair we needed reupholstered is a designer piece, we were looking for great craftsmenship at a reasonable price. Although we had to wait 3 1/2 weeks, it was worth it. They delivered a beautifully crafted job with the fabric we provided. I sourced other upholsterers, including a couple of well-known Westside establishments, but their prices were almost 50% higher. This place is great. They were really friendly and easy to communicate with, and were good at talking us through the different ways to have bench cushions made. Their quote was much lower than anyone else's, and some of the things that other places charge extra for (e.g. adding dacron to avoid baggy areas of a cushion) they just do for free. We asked to even out the couch cushions that were mismatched in height, and Daisy pointed out a deflated seat cushion that they may need to refoam/refill. Both tweaks made the sofa look fresh. My experience with Paco's is the classic case of finding exactly what you need through Yelp. I was a little nervous to try a new place while my usual upholsterer was out of town. But when I took them my project (a white bolster pillow for the bed), they understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Rattan furniture, 2 couches, 2 chairs and 5 ottomans. 22 cushions, all different sizes and a different color on each side of the pillow. A color chart was attached and they not only took the time to go over every bit of it with us, but did an amazing job!
