Yet to find a Pacsun I'm actually satisfied with. I've had this same experience at every Pacsun, in Spokane this is the same case except I give them 1 star because every single worker there was rude. At least only 1 was rude at this one. I'm convinced part of their training is to ignore customers while they're texting on their phonesI hope that says enough. Felt ignored when I asked for a dressing room because the worker's phone was more important that helping me. In terms of items, they have really cute stuff. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I will be contacting someone higher because the two managers didn't want to give me any information to contact someone. We were in the dressing room while we were told they were closing up the dressing room and one of the employees shut the lights off on us because she was mad there were two of us in there and as I came out I tripped over a hanging rack because she thought it was ok to leave us back there giving us not even 20 seconds to put our clothes back on, definitely a big hazard and i wouldn't recommend going and wasting your money! read more

I come in here alot and one of the young female employees that works here is so unbelievably rude. I spend a fortune at this store every month and I hate that every time I come in here I have to deal with her miserable attitude and arrogance. Constantly rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing and gets mad when she has to ring us up. (We buy a lot) Today she told her male coworker that she wasn't going to take care of us and that he needed to. Since when is spending thousands in your store a bad thing? Where is management? Racial Profiling is real people! My girlfriend was meeting me in the mall but had to go the PacSun first to return an Online purchase. The entire process was unreal to say the least. She initially approached a female cashier to return and online purchase that she still had in the same bag it was mailed to her with the invoice. A male worker walked up to the cashier whispered something in her ear and walked away. Literally 10 seconds later that cashier acts as though she needs to help someone else and than that same man that did the whispering, appears and decides to be the cashier now. He proceeds to say aggressively that he can not return it because it was purchase online. She said I've order many times through you guys and have returned in store before. He said it's the new policy and he can't . she said Ok no problem but what about exchange? He said yes you can exchange but also decided to reiterate again for some reason "But no returns ok" ...Uhhh yeah heard you the first time dude! She proceeds to walk around the store to try and find something to exchange for (Being watched the entire time) but being the plan was not to exchange and the items was actually bought for her son that was not with her, she decided that she would just return back online. She than proceeded to ask the lady cashier could she have a bag because she had it in the bag it was mailed to her in and now has to walk through the mall with it which wasn't the plan. The cashier leans to grab one and than pops back with "Wait let me check and see if there's a bag fee", than goes "Yeah sorry I forgot, I can't give you a bag".... HUH??? You can't give an already paying customer a damn cheap bag to carry around your companies clothes that you refuse to return??? is this a joke? Once my friend was upset at this point , another cashier said "please just give her a bag"..., Like she was getting treated as though she was trying to return a stolen item. A bunch of teenage kids that need a reality check on how to treat customers. Now my friend that has been shopping there for a long time, never wants to buy anything from them again. i bought a pair of 50 dollar beige shorts and didn't think anything of it and exited the store and drove home which is 30 minutes away from the store. When u got home I realized they had not removed the sensor from the shorts which meant i would have to go back and get it removed. when asked about any discount the assistant manager offered 5 dollars off however this seems low compared to current gas prices and effort going into coming back. they also require receipt when coming back due to assumptions of stealing even though it wasn't my fault the worker didn't remove the tag. read more

Bad customer service. Me and my girlfriend got accident in a store today by dropping the bubble tea on the floor and the staff guy was working there don't even listen to us and make us cleaned the bubble tea. What's kind customer service is it when you let your customer cleaned the stuff in store for you know Pacsun, no respect, rude, please hired a better employee so the store work better. read more

We just had an amazing experience at the Southcenter PacSun this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you guys! read more

I had the worst experience shopping online with the Pacsun phone app. I ordered my son a pair of jeans, and he didn't get them for almost three weeks. I had many good experiences shopping in their stores in the past, as we have shopped there for all my son's clothing for many years now. The prices aren't cheap, but their clothing is good quality. I am very disappointed with my online shopping experience. I have "called" Pacsun, tried "emailing" Pacsun, and tried using Pacsun's "Live Chat" on my Phone App and the website several times. I was unable to get a hold of anyone after several a temps, regarding "the tracking my son's jeans I ordered" and after they finally showed up on our door step, weeks later I went ahead and returned them. I am still waiting for my refund, I can't get a hold of any employee to help me with this situation. I am very disappointed with Pacsun's services and customer service, altogether and I will NOT be shopping there ever again. read more

Well, it is okay. The service could be better and the sales are pretty terrible. It used to be a great store. There also used to be one outside the mall that was their "outlet" and they had better deals. I used to enjoy coming in here but I don't feel comfortable here and it is rare someone working there says hi. read more

I have been a customer at PacSun for at least three years now. I have always bought my jeans at PacSun even though the price is too high. One of the things I really value about this company is that the customer service has always been exceptional and I have been able to exchange a purchase without any problems at all. The first time I bought jeans that did not feel comfortable I was able to do an exchange without my receipt or tags. However after the experience I had today I will never shop at PacSun ever again and I will advise my friends to take their business elsewhere. I went into the PacSun at the capital mall in Olympia, Washington and had the worse customer service experience ever. I brought the jeans and my receipt to this store and spoke with the store manager Jen, about exchanging them. She told me that because the tags were no longer attached she could not accept my exchange. This is the first time any representative from this company has said this to me. She continued to explain to me in a rude tone that because I had already worn and washed them she couldn't exchange them. The only way she could do an exchange without tags would be if something was wrong with them. When she finished she said sorry without any hint of sympathy as if I was wasting her time. I explained to her that I have always bought my jeans here and I have always exchanged them when they don't work out. She said she didn't care if her employee's didn't follow or know the correct policy's and suggested I try on clothes before I buy them. She continued her rude remarks as I walked all the way out the store. This is the worst shopping experience ever. First of all, as a store manager it is your job to make sure that all of your employee's are trained correctly. I have a really hard time believing that the three previous times I have gone in for an exchange that the previous representatives were in the wrong. Obviously they were able to do an exchange without the tags. However if this is the case then I suggest that a better training program be set in place. Second, I don't understand why I can exchange jeans that are damaged but not jeans that are in perfect condition. Can't you put good jeans back on the shelves but not damaged ones? This concept seems almost backwards from any other business. Lastly the reason why I'm making this complaint is because Jen was the worst customer service or sales associate that I have ever spoken with. The fact that she continued to yell at me as I walked out her store is completely unprofessional and inexcusable. The fact that she doesn't have control over how company policy is being executed in her own store tells me that she shouldn't be running one to begin with. Due to the lack of consistency with the exchange and return policy's along with the blunt disrespect and embarrassment I endured while in one of your stores, I will no longer be a customer of PacSun. read more
