History
Established in 2002.
Pacific West Athletics, has been helping San Francisco Bay Area athletes get into great shape for over ten years. Our original vision was to create an organization dedicated to promoting and empowering people to live a healthy active lifestyle. Our mission is to develop quality outdoor-based fitness programs and make them available in all major regions within the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Today, our members have the convenience and flexibility of training where they live and work.
PacWest has an impressive staff of coaches and captains who successfully implement training programs throughout all four major regions of the Bay Area: San Francisco, East Bay, Marin County and South Bay. Our instructors and coaches are certified (USA Cycling, USA Track & Field, USA Triathlon, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning, etc) and seasoned veterans in their respective disciplines.
