Great new brewery in St. Peter! Conveniently located right off the highway, which makes it a perfect stop as you're going through town. They had a live acoustic band when we visited on the weekend. They often have food trucks as well. The staff was friendly and informative about the beers. The ambience was comfortable with plenty of seating and aesthetically pleasing with beautiful plants. Dogs are allowed :) We will definitely be coming back!

Paddlefish is Minnesota's newest brewery! The grand opening is January 10th but I was lucky enough to sneak in for a soft opening! First off the space is beautiful. Lots of textures and colors make the space pop and create a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere to hang out in. The whole taproom, all the way down to the bathrooms, is a vibe. For a brand new brewery the beers are damn impressive. The quality and execution to each style leaves me excited to see where it goes. St. Peter is a bit of a drive but well worth the trip to check out Paddlesfish Brewing.

Great new brewery in St. Peter. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. When we were there, there was a food truck offering incredible Mexican food that you could bring in while sitting inside listening to live music. Great atmosphere and very accommodating for a variety of group sizes. The only issue we ran into was they ran out of a few of their beers on tap. Good beer and seltzer selection with great taste; highly recommend making this your next destination!

Great small town brewery! The taproom manager Ryan was super gracious and welcoming, and the space was great for our small group. The beer was very tasty!

I was fortunate enough to try Paddlefish Thursday 4 January, a soft open for email subscribers! What a great space!!! A large parking lot....that you can exit from three directions, I appreciated as I want to head north on 169, back to the cities! The staff were so friendly!! A gal was going to help me build my flight when a fella slid down the bar to also help me! I really appreciate that 99% of the tables are standard height!! There's a little entertainment nook in the NE corner! The SE corner, you can't miss it, is where they will drive in from time to time their green '76 VW bus!! A fella @ a nearby table mentioned to me "you'd think they'd get that van out of here for more seating!" I replied: I'm sure they will....eventually, but for the opening, it's aesthetic. There were two tap lists hanging, a left and a right. I didn't peruse the left once the beertender said their beers were on the right. There were six listed; I wanted to try them all!! I'm not an APA fan so a taster pour of the Almost Capital was perfect for me. The beer was hoppy but not piny/bitter, so I was able to finish it. None of the beers really walked away a favorite but were all delicious! As I chatted w friends & perused the tap list I made comment that I didn't get the Porter or the sour. The beertender said flights are four pours. I asked if I could just buy 4oz pouts of them? She brought them out to me and when I reached for my wallet, she said no. I made sure to tip her for the pours and the exceptional service before I left. I assume he was an owner, but a flannel Paddlefish shirted fella was making the rounds picking up empty glasses. Thanks! The tap room is spacious and with the few windowed garage doors, it's bright. The brew house is near the west end of the bar and easily visible. Merch is readily available on a display on the south wall, between garage doors. There are three bathrooms behind the tap wall. I am excited that Paddlefish is opening today and looking forward to my return visits!! Congrats Paddlefish and happy grand opening day!!

Finally made it down on Saturday, not long after open @ 11:00. Parking was easy on Mulberry and no…read morepicture but I thought it was cute that there was a large cut out of a dalmation on the door.... forgetting that this was the brewery I had heard about, coming to the old fire hall. That once inside and browsing around caused me to ask the beertender "what's w the fire helmets and boots in the corner there?" She replied "some things left behind, this was the old fire hall." I thought that was a great idea and nod to the past state/use of the building! Ellie was my beertenders.... she wasn't good...she was absolutely delightful! Offering me a couple of samples right out the gates. After we discussed the beers at length I opted for a flight. After I finished that flight, I decided to build another one; with my two samples prior to the flight that would complete the 20 options tap list. I don't think I've ever heard of brewer Kurt in the craft beer community but after tasting his beers... he has my respect and appreciation! Ellie had pointed him out at the end of the bar but I could only see his flannel covered arm. She also noted that the other fellas slanging behind the bar was Tap Room Manager Alex; so I briefly chatted him up about his current go-to tap beers, thus partially why I built the second flight; to give them a taste. Of the beers I tried I would likely order most of them again, none struck me as not my jam and I would most certainly skip, a good marker in my eyes. The victors were the Smash #2 with Krush hops, with some poking around is a rename of former hop HBC 586 and it was a tied favorite on the second flight w Little Bit Da Dat. The first flight the Maifest came out on top. I very much appreciated that the four pour 4oz flights are offered at a reasonable $9! I like the spacious tap room and there is a plethora of regular height tables and even a couple of couches, lounge type area near the nearly floor to ceiling windows on the west wall. Tremendous doesn't only offer craft beer; they also have a variety of seltzers and mocktails! Tremendous is not to be missed... they have it all.... delicious beer, friendly staff in a comfortable tap room. Thanks Tremendous for a wonderfully delicious inaugural visit!

Their beer was very good and they had a nice selection. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon but the staff was quick and friendly so it wasn't a long wait to get a beer.
