It was a few days before Halloween and my family and I needed a quick, early dinner. 5pm at 1916 is quiet. Only a handful of people around. We've been fans of 1916 since living in Plant City and are glad this location on 60 is close to us. Seat yourself and the bartender will come around to take your order. Looking over the menu, they have a good array of options. My wife loves the chicken Caesar salad. I ordered a special for the day, 6 wings for $6 as well as a Hell's Kitchen flat bread pizza. During the wait for our food I played a game where you can win a rubber ducky from a machine. My daughter enjoyed it but we didn't win. When we came back to the table, the manager floating around offered my daughter 2 small duckies for her to play with and keep. Once our food arrived, we dug in. I ordered my wings garlic parmesan. These were the best wings I have had in a while and the next time I want wings, I will be back for these. They were flavorful, meaty and decently sized. The crunch on these was next level and I truly hope they are the exact same the next time I visit. My flatbread was also good. Ample portion with flavorful toppings, cheesy and slightly crunchy with a tasty bread. Pairing these two smaller items together left me full but not stuffed. My wife enjoyed her salad but did note that the chicken didn't seem as fresh as usual and the dressing was way too much. Next time, she would order the dressing on the side so she can control the amount. Our 2-year-old picked from our plates but her palate is much more discerning these days and we're lucky if we can get her to eat mac and cheese. We will be back and you should check out 1916 as well.

Third Wednesday of every month is Damon Fowler. It's also Taco Tuesday, and we ordered a Chicken and a Ground Beef each, $2.50 apiece. They were okay, enjoyable, what else can I say. Cheap good eats lol. I could get them again.

Also free parking for the first two hours.! I came for the craft beer selection, and was not disappointed. Chris, the bartender was quite friendly, and kept things moving across a busy bar. There was live music until about 7:30, when the football game started. My wife and I came on a Monday, so it was smashed burger night for nine dollars. It was a pretty good burger, and the fries were excellent. Will bookmark this place for the next time I fly in and out of Tampa.

The fries are natural cut which I love. I also tried the chicken wings. I normally enjoy crispy wings, but these were fried a bit too hard for my liking. The server did mention they're still recovering from the Super Bowl rush, so some items were a little different than usual including wing size, which she said is typically bigger. I went with a vegan friend who really enjoyed their vegan burger, so it's nice to see solid options on both sides of the menu. Full bar, lively atmosphere, and great burgers make this a spot worth checking out for a good pub experience.

We ordered online and in 20min, it was pickup ready. I like that all we had to do is drive to their curbside spots, click on "I'm here" from the website order page, and in less than 5min we err handed our food with a smile and name confirmation. Now as for the food goes, I wasn't expecting much other than a decent meal but ended up being so happy with my Mimi's Fiesta Bowl salmon dish!! The entree was sooo delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the salmon cooked perfectly. All of it was so good that I forgot to take a pic till I was half way done chomping down that dish lol. I give it 5 stars! As for my husband's Philly cheesesteak, it looked a little sad and could have used more cheese and meat I believe. He gave it a 3.5 out of 5, so slightly above average. The house chips that came with the cheesesteak were pretty good. All in all we enjoyed our meal at home, happy that curbside hit the spot with us. So to answer that magic question, yes I'd definitely return. Especially if I want fresh and perfect tasting salmon!

We shared a chicken quesadilla, which for an appetizer was large and filling. We also ordered the grilled salmon with 2 sides of vegetables.
