First, This used to be O'Toole's Irish Pub, so don't be confused. We had a gift card to O'Tooles and went for dinner, Imagine our surprise when it had become Librandi's! They were very nice and honored our gift card-they changed hands 2 months ago. So, it is a lovely small restaurant/bar with high tops and regular tables. Lots of imported beers, wines and liquor. The Keel's elderberry cider was excellent (local brand). Hubby had a Kilkenny beer. We were there around 5:30 to beat the Friday crowd and there were 2 pretty loud parties and the music was loud (they could turn that down, please). Saying that, one group left which made a huge difference. Our experience was very tasty-Caesar Sandwich/fries (choice of tots or chips), fish and chips (huge slab of lightly breaded haddock and fries). It was all delicious. The waitress/bartender was terrific. While we came from out of town, I can see this being a local hangout. Very nice expereince overall. read more

Ive been to Irish pubs all over the world and this one is the worst! I sat down and had to beg the bartender to clean the bar after the previous party left. Then I was served two different draft beers, at a warm temperature in plastic cups! I ordered the shepherds pie and it came in a to go container with plastic utensils! The dish was basically hamburger and mashed potatoes which resembled dog food -see picture. They also charged me a cover for a band outside that I never heard from the inside of the bar. read more

Uhg! Wrong glass for Guinness. Messy bar and cabinet. No Irish music playing. My Guinness pour did not taste good and was served in a Miller Lite lager glass. The flavor made me wonder about the cleanliness of the lines. I wanted to like it here but was very run down and unwelcoming. It could have been the time of day (5:00 ish?) On a Friday. Idk. We popped in for afternoon dinner. Pretty empty. Drinks at the bar and service were great. My wife had the Reuben egg rolls, one of my favorites. I had the fish and chips. Fish and chips is hard to screw up. But it's hard to make exceptional as well. This was exceptionally done. The cut of fish was amazing. Well sized. Batter was so not bland, a perfect blend of seasonings. And the crispness of the batter complemented the beautifully flaking fish. I don't often write reviews, but when you go for a staple and expect normal, but you're knocked off your socks, it's worth a review. read more

O'Toole's is a fun spot out in Brandon. When you step into O'Toole's, you certainly feel like you've entered into a rustic Irish pub. I went for lunch right when they opened, but I can imagine this spot being packed on a fun Friday night. The waitress we had was wonderful; super kind and attentive! I had the Shepherd's Pie which was filling and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were delicious and the beef stew filling was perfectly seasoned. This is a great place for comfort food on a rainy day! We went to O Tooles with the intention of having a small dinner and some drinks and eating up staying out till closing time. We were helped by Erin who was so lovely and on the ball. She preemptively brought things to our table, which saved time and made service seamless. We will definitely be back to see her! This place is fun and lively. The live music was so much fun and the bar got pretty busy, both inside and outside later at night. The mild buffalo wings were delicious and my fiancé enjoyed his Dublin Duo meal tremendously. Nice portions which are reasonably priced! The crowd was gregarious and sociable, fun crowd to be around!!! We are so glad to have found this neighborhood bar. read more

My boyfriend and I are from out of town but our local friends took us here and we loved it! Such a great spot!! The vibe is super friendly, and the staff makes you feel right at home. We stopped by on a Friday not on a cool evening. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to some live music. It was a bit loud so we sat in the back. Our waitress was very attentive a kept our drinks full. We ordered jalapeño poppers, sampler appetizer and some cheese curds. The poppers were my favorite. The sampler platter was ok but nothing spectacular. The cheese curds were also ok. We enjoyed some Killians Red and Genius with our food. We ventured inside to play darts ( free darts at the bar to use). We laughed and had a great time while we enjoyed an Irish Mule. The restaurant is not fancy but a fun place for drinks and darts. They have two sets of restrooms, again nothing fancy but clean. We will be back. read more

it's an Irish pub. service was good, food came out quick and it was a nice place for lunch.

No one receives you at the door. We found a table and asked if we could sit. The said yes. A waitress came by and cleared the food from the previous clients. She came back and asked what we wanted to drink. We said 2 beers and would she mind wiping the table down. She said that would take some time. Our friends joined us a couple minutes later and asked for a couple of beers. Beers finally made it 20 min later and not b4 asking again. The waiters also gave us wrist bands because there was a $5 cover charge. Not exactly why. There was a person outside playing and singing but it's not like we were going to give up our table to hear the guy play. Almost 40 min later, the waitress returns and asked what we had ordered cause the cooks had lost our order. The food eventually cones out and when i tell you that McDonald's chicken tenders are gourmet type food compared to what we were served is not an exaggeration. Not to mention they couldn't get the type of beers we ordered correctly. I actually had to ask for napkins. No flatware, much less any silverware. And the fact that we had to pay for a cover charge, was insulting. Btw, ate on a table that nvr did get wiped down. I blame Management and ultimately, the owner. We will NEVER return. P.S. Others around, made the same comments. No wonder when I had told my wife that I was waiting for someone to clean the table, someone else told us, "good luck". read more

I enjoyed the overall appeal to the bar. Great decor and lighting, but the number of low top tables was disappointing. If you aren't sitting at the bar or a regular, the service is scarce. Food came out far too quick to be properly handled and cooked and lacked flavor. The food they brought around for the tasting was so much better than the corned beef and cabbage. They lied about the cost of their drinks to make a sale. When you could get service the staff was friendly enough. I wouldn't go here for karaoke. The KJ was horrible and showed blatant favoritism toward his "possee" as they were referred to by the staff. My girlfriend was the first and only person to go to sign up when it was announced who was taking sign-ups yet was the 6th person to preform because his whole group HAD to go first. I have to say I was nothing but surprised about this place after stopping to get drink and a appetizer. The food was incredibly good and the service was spot on. Chris the bartender was friendly and professional. We had the baked goat cheese and Brussels sprout appetizer to start. It was outstanding! So we then had to try something else to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Lol! I ordered the Dublin duo pastrami and corn beef sandwich. It was awesome. This place is now on my favorites list and I will be going there regularly. Absolutely a great find. Also, they are pet friendly on the patio bar area which is a plus. Irish pub with lots of outdoor seating, live music, and decent pub food. We came here for dinner with a friend and our kids. It was raining, so we ate inside. The tables are all high top, and most them rock a bit, so be careful when your glasses are still full. We started with the potato skins and the Irish egg rolls. My husband was starving, and he loved everything. I wasn't starving, so I'll say that the appetizers were fine but nothing fantastic. I think the egg rolls could have been fried a tad longer, and the potato skins were underseasoned (maybe if I used the ranch in addition to the sour cream, there would have been enough salt). Then for our mains, my husband had the fish and chips, and I had the O'Toole's Irish po-boy. Again, my husband loved his main. I found my sandwich (bangers, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island) to be waaaay too salty. Sandwiches come with your choice of fried potato (skinny fries, standard fries, steak fries or tater tots). I had the standard fries, and they were excellent. They have a kids menu that has the standards but also has the option of banger bites, which is what my son tried. He loved the fried banger slices and the fries. They have Guinness and Harp on tap as well as some non-Irish brews. I was sad that the cider on tap was Strongbow (a UK brand) instead of Magners. They also have a full bar, but we stuck to beer. Service was friendly and fast. The place felt reasonably clean. They have a jukebox that had some Irish music on it, but sadly, most patrons had opted for non-Irish music (my husband paid for 25 songs, but I don't know how the jukebox algorithm went, and we only heard about 2 of his songs). read more

My boyfriend and I went there for drinks and appetizers. The bar and outdoor are really well designed, casual chill atmosphere, friendly staff and nice selection of German beer on tap. We order the typical bar fare Jalapeno poppers and Irish sampler which consisted of Pots O'Gold (stuffed potato skin), Irish Egg Rolls, and Banger Bites, all garnished with Gaelic Chips. Served with Duo sauce, Thousand Island, and sour cream. The Jalapeno poppers were tasty cheesy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Irish eggs were interesting not in bad way I never heard them or would think to wrap corned beef and cabbage in egg roll wrapper. Over all it was good just different. Least favorite what's the banger bite which were bland side and pot's of gold were a bit dry. Overall I definitely recommend as a great place to met some friends, have a drink and bite to eat. read more

Originally we planned to go somewhere else, but we left after not feeling the other place's vibe. We went up and down Brandon Blvd. Finally we decided on going to O' Tooles since it seemed like a fun place. You sit wherever you like. Our waitress was great! I wish I could remember her name. She was perky, funny and attentive. Prices are reasonable. They have good food and drinks specials. They serve your typical Irish pub grub. I ordered the fish and chips. This was one of my favorites. It was great! I loved the batter and the white flaky fish. Portion size was big. The fish is served on an entire plate of fries. We were informed that Fridays are their busiest nights. We went on a Saturday evening and it was pretty quiet. It was a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars! read more

Decent Irish pub. They often have European football league games playing, which is great. Westham, Manchester United, and Arsenal. Patio service is slow when they're short staffed. Food is decent but pub food - nothing amazing. Large selection of draft beers, and Killians / Yuengling are $3 - the pint glasses look more like 20-24 oz so you get a big pour for your money. read more

It seems that O'Toole's has rediscovered itself. I have not been for a while, not for any real reason to be truthful. Went today to watch the women's FIFA, good service. What a cool find! This Irish tavern has karaoke every Saturday night, and you almost feel like you've paid to see a show with how many good singers come in this place! We sang as well, of course, and the crowd was very supportive and seemed to enjoy our songs. We had Alex as our waiter-really nice guy! My husband ordered the fish and chips (with haddock), and I decided to try the Dublin Duo. Both meals were surprisingly good, and the prices were fairly reasonable. This place served my husband and I 4 year expired coke in cans after serving us flat coke from the fountain. Also the men's urinal is right in front of the door to the bathroom and when someone went to open the door, the man taking a pee tried to dodge the door and I saw his pecker...
