Sin early may Steve has ghosted us , no texts no phone calls. I have reached out to the NV Contractors board and have filed an abandonment case against your company. i asked Steve over a month ago for a refund due to the lack of response and not doing the job as promised. They were by far the best value in town. The job was done in less than a week. Communication was great and they did such a beautiful job on our yard. We now have a full paver patio and walkway and grass for our dogs to play! I would absolutely recommend them again and again!

Much of the work he did was fine a couple years later although some of the pavers have raised,…read moredropped or shifted. complaint is follow-up will be non existent once he leaves your site. One of his guys made several cuts into a dark border paver which is very noticeable. I asked him to come out and replace it but he never did. The biggest thing though and this is huge is he did not put a regulator in the drip system that he installed. The house pressure is 65psi which is over twice max pressure for drip irrigation. I am regularly having to repair the system as lines are popping off or splitting. this season I will be forced to tear up his work in order to put a regulator before his valves, not pleased.

It took several attempts to get a return call and schedule an estimator to come out. When Chris did come out he was very pleasant, cool, and listened to everything I wanted to accomplish. Chris seemed excited about the long-term project and we discussed other homes he was working on in the area. He also discussed multiple land purchases CP had made and talked about how they were growing into the new home market as well. Chris told me his estimator would be in touch with me over the next few days to initiate the pricing process. In fact, Chris shined me on and wasted both our time with a smile on his face and a flurry of head nods. Instead of contacting me directly, Chris had his front office phone person contact me to let me know that they would not be bidding on my project. I asked if they were no longer doing Garage additions and home renovations. She said no, they were focused on the new home construction and didn't want to do a project as small as mine. Don't believe anything this company says as they lie to you with a smile on their face and make you believe in them and their capabilities only to staff out telling you that your project is not "big enough" for them. My other quote for my whole house renovation was $227,000 so that tells you what they consider "too small" for them. What a waste of time.
