The person on the phone was very kind and helpful. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was not blue and white. It was mostly white with a little bit of purple. I was not going to leave…read morea review but the arrangement my mother in law received was just so bad and after 2 emails I still haven't heard back from anyone at Viva's. The flowers were in remembrance of my father in laws passing and were a day late. I thought about canceling...I should have. I carefully chose the Sweet Peace Bouquet, beautiful blue and white arrangement, with Casablanca Lilies, Delphinium, Daisies and Roses. There were 3 roses, that do not look very alive and NONE of the other flowers and NONE are blue. I was so embarrassed when my mother in law sent me a picture of the flowers she received I didn't even know what to say to her. I have read other reviews(after receiving this hideous arrangement), in which Viva's response to reviews such as mine is " if you didn't want us to substitute you should have said that." My response to that is...Why have a customer be able to choose what they want, if you are just going to make what ever you feel like making anyway? Terrible arrangement, terrible service, and definitely not worth what I paid! I would like a refund actually.
