The worst flowers that I have ever ordered and the worst customer service. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this place. Me and two of my girlfriends chipped in to order a $200.00 flowers for our mutual girlfriend whose mom had just died. After ordering online I also called the flower shop to let them know that my girlfriend was really grieving due to her mom's death and that I would appreciate it if they could try to make the flowers look as similar as what was shown on the picture. They assured me that they would take good care of my girlfriend's flowers, which was a lie!! The flowers were supposed to be delivered in Hyde Park and for some reason the delivery person brought them to a house in Milton. After harassing our grieving girlfriend for her address (which they already had) they delivered a base full of dead flowers. I called them the next day to figured out what happened and to give them the chance to fix the problem, but instead the owner got on the phone and was screaming and extremely aggressive. After I hang up the phone, they decided to once again harassed my grieving friend and accuse us of lying. But pictures don't lie! Update: the owner's response is a complete LIE!!!! I called and they were rude and didn't wanted to take accountability for their poor effort and work, so please do not get deceive by her response.
