Ok, first off. I came here in February and nothing, I repeat. Nothing, looks like it does the rest of the year. On top of that, the "amenities" that you are paying for with their high prices are not even available during the winter. No hot tub. No pool, (understandably of course). This review is basically only about their tent spots and their fees for them. I do not recommend this place for tent campers nor for van people. Especially during the winter months. I reserved a dry tent site for $50 after taxes. It had no picnic table so I had to steal the one from the very close by neighbor campsite because there is nothing between sites. I tried the faucet and realized why the website said dry. The restrooms and showers were well kept and very clean as others have said. I'll give them that. They have a laundry room, but 75% of the machines were not working. The basic tent campsites are next to a parking lot with very bright lights as well as by the road where you hear every vehicle. They have "glamping tent" spots that are nothing to brag about with no privacy between the adjacent lots. They need to charge a lot less for the tent spots. Both the "glamping" and the $40 basic. Especially during the winter months!! They don't even have a veteran's discount at this location. I should have just slept in my van by the side of the road and paid $10 for a shower here. Only good part is that I found a great Italian deli in town that made this stop worth it. read more

We picked this campground because of the cabins. We were going to hike the Wire pass trail to the wave & felt the city of Page provided more places to eat/shop. We were in a motorhome pulling a car hauler. We had a perfect spot even with the length of our rig. Our pull through was extremely easy to fit. The reservation process was easy. We did call to finish up our reservation due to needing a cabin for Daughter & adult grandson. Staff finished our sign in then took my daughter over to her cabin as I set up RV (which was very helpful). Daughter was moving & pulling a 18ft U-Haul, but it fit right next to cabin in its own driveway. They are even installing new cabins right now. Daughter was in one of the older cabins, but you can see from the pictures there were great, for the price. We paid more for a cabin in Idaho & had to provide our own linens. Staff was very accommodating by putting daughter across from us. I saw where some one said there wasn't much grass, you are in the desert where saving water is extremely important. I was happy they had trees. I used the Parks showers & bathroom. It was clean, water was hot, showers worked great, plenty of water, & building was warm. We were very happy with prices, customer service, accommodations, & the wonderful dog park. Dog park gas a washing station to clean your dog after a long dusty or muddy hike (see photo). Our family will be back. Everything was close like a Walmart, gas stations, car wash that accommodated our motorhome, many many restaurants, etc... Loved the location and the beautiful red sandstone backdrop was amazing. Very quiet and close to shopping, tourist attractions, etc. I used the laundry and was happy it was available so I didn't need to go into town. We were able to fill our propane tank on site! There were tiny houses and chuck wagons available for those without campers. Pool was closed for maintenance it usually is available. We would definitely stay again. Fantastic RV park with trimmed trees for slide outs, an indoor pool with hot tub, and free wi-fi. The camp hosts are accommodating and very helpful. Full hookups, 30/50, and easy access for sites. They also have covered wagons and cute cabins. read more

We had a fabulous 2 night stay in one of the tiny homes. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. The refrigerator came in very handy, there was a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash too. The manager was quite helpful and friendly.The view of the scenery was spectacular! RVing in the Southwest and stopped in Page and booked this campground after reading the reviews and based on the price which was about $350 for a seven nights with full hookups. Check in was 4:00 p.m. but they did allow us early check-in which we appreciated. They advertised great Wi-Fi, pool, hot tub and close to all the hiking sites and attractions in the area. that was one of our main reasons for choosing this location. We were able to use the laundry room which is a dollar fifty per wash and a quarter for 20 minutes of drying. It was clean and easy to use but half the machines were out of order. The Wi-Fi was the worst Wi-Fi I have ever come into contact with camping. However it did work great in the laundry room. We did have to go to the office numerous times to ask about it and did learn that one night the modem was totally knocked off and was not back in use until we went in the next morning to let them know we hadn't been able to get connected for about 14 hours. We did have an extender which we use and as long as their Wi-Fi was up and running we were able to connect through our extension. in our section which was the full hookup there was a table and some trees for shade. There is a pool and hot tub and the hours are advertised as 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. A couple of nights we went over and they had locked up before 8:00 which we really didn't appreciate as we waited for the families to leave before we went over. We also had a code to enter the pool from the restrooms but the doors were bolted and we could never get into the pool that way. A employee told us that they allow paid admission to the shower rooms for people who are not staying at the campsite which we were not aware of so that they bolt the door to the pool to deny access. But when the outside door is also locked and you cannot get in it's not fair to the people who are paying to have access to the pool and hot tub. They really need to make notice of that if there's a reason it's not going to be open because people have different schedules and look at the hours and adjust their schedule to fit into those hours and when they are changed without notice it's a great disappointment. The staff overall was very nice and helpful. The campsite is in the city close to Walmart and gas stations and restaurants but about a 15 minute drive from the closest Canyon. read more

Came in just before 6p without a reservation (office is open 8a to 6p) and got a pull through with water and power for out 24' sprinter (limited to 43') at $51 w/senior discount). If you come in after hours, see office door for online/email check-in and availability. Included with night's stay is use of the showers (free) and indoor pool w/ hot tub. There is laundry onsite for 1.50 wash and .25 per 30 minutes dry (soap box for .75, and there is a chamge machine in the laundry room). If tenting, I recommend site 11. We stayed in site #14 pull through and could not get a wifi signal. You probably won't in dry 11, but it has the most shade. There are two shower/toilet locations, one in the main building with the pool and the other up on the north side where the workout gym is. Mens showers on north side were like a fire hose with great water temp (hot or cold). Men's shower/toilet on pool side was flooded with and inch of water , so a no go. Women's was just the opposite, north side bad, poolside good. There are covered wagons for glancing with a full twin bed and 1 single bunk bed. Neat if you have kids, but at 180/nite I'd just get a room at a local motel/hotel. Free coffee/tea in the office, limited to their office hours. All toilet/ showers, pool/hot tub, gym, and laundry have door codes. Although the pool closes at 10, they do not enforce if you need that late night muscle relaxing dip in the hot tub. We are staying in an RV site. They advertise free wifi. However it is non existent and we are very close to the office. We are lucky to get LTE cell service which doesn't allow you to stream or barely use the internet. This place sucks and I would never recommend it to anyone. The sites are decent size and there is a nice climbing rock right behind the campground. The wi-fi is terrible, the pool is ice cold, and the hot tub has been "down for maintenance" since we got here (a week ago). The staff is pleasant enough, but ice is very expensive at $4 a bag for 7 pounds when you can get 10 pounds for $2 right up the road about 100 yards. If you don't like swimming and don't need or use wi-fi for anything, then it is a decent enough campground. In fact, even trying to post this review is a challenge with the internet. read more

This was a pretty nice campground. The tent pad had sand which made a comfortable & safe place to put our tent without damaging it. The road to the tent only are was gravel and a little tricky on a motorcycle but we got in & out with no problems. Our site had electricity which was a plus and it looked like all the tent sites had electricity. The bathrooms were nice but a little muggy, not sure the exhaust fans were working. My daughter said the same thing about the women's bathrooms. I'd stay here again. read more

After having been to 7 RV parks, we came to Lake Powell Campground. This is in no way compares to the other RV parks we stayed in. We have repeatedly had to ask for toilet paper to be supplied in the restrooms. We have also asked for soap in the women's restroom. The tp has been re-stocked (only to run out again) and we never have had the women's restroom supplied with soap. The wall edges are filthy with dust. We have respectfully asked for the toilet paper and soap and have not had our requests taken seriously. IMO- check for another site. read more

Travelled to Arizona for a week long trip. Started our trip in Page at the Page-Lake Powell Campground. The campground itself has anything you'll need. We did tent camping, so we did not have to use any of the electrical, water or sewer hookups; however, all of that was available. The tent site was clean had easy access to both fresh water and electricity. There were 2 outlets we only used to charge our phones. The bathrooms and showers provided were clean and easy to access. The only issue I had was with other campers smoking near our site. The sites are probably like 15'-20' wide, so you're in relatively close quarters. We had the two sites around us smoking constantly which really made the camping quality lower drastically. I'm pretty sure there was "No Smoking" signs posted around the campsite and designated smoking areas: just wish the staff was a little stricter in trying to enforce the no smoking rules. Either than that, it's a clean and decent campsite. Very close to Page, Lake Powell, and other attractions. read more

This campground is located 6.2 miles from Antelope Canyon. You'll need to drive toughly 3-5 minutes to get to restaurants and stores in Page. Rates range from 18$ for tents to 30$ for full hook-ups. We paid roughly $25 for overnight camping! It was a GREAT deal, because they had bathroom facilities, running water, and SHOWERS! We explored around the campsite and I highly recommend doing so! We followed the foot trail past the play ground and went up into the rocks. It may look scary, but it is very easy for anyone in moderate shape. This is a great location for camping, especially if you are kayaking or touring Antelope Canyon in the AM! Pet friendly We drove just a few short minutes to Kayak Lake Powell and rented kayaks! Ps- The screenshot of the maps shows where we went running in the morning and where we went exploring at night in comparison to our tent. Inexperienced staff on reception and grumpy manager on phone at home when we had check in issues. First site had 4 ft incline to access and trees 2 ft from rig. Could not access and be safe. Took a long time to remedy when park was not full but manager screaming at girl on reception over phone. 2nd site better but 3 feet drop front to back of rig!! Sites all gravel/dirt. NOT level. Trees need pruned as prevents awnings going out and tricky to get rig in to avoid branches. Sites close together and mixed longer rv sites with primitive camping. Very exposed to wind. Pool needs slots of maintenance, mold, missing tiles, player peeling, dirty fans propping doors open etc etc. Way to many dogs wondering around park, barking and chasing things. Wi-Fi useless despite being fixed day after arrival. 1-2mb speed. Verizon was also poor at 2-5mb. Plus side- close to antelope, horse shoe. 2 hour drive to Zion and Bryce. Nicer sites down near Marina but more $. would not stay again. read more

If you need a place to camp, this place isn't the worst. The campsites are nice, the facility is clean, the bathrooms are clean, they have showers, and even a pool and hot tub. Here is where they lose stars for me. They have no way of booking online. You get no confirmation, and you have no choice over your sight, it is first come first serve. I was a late arrival, showing up after their office closed, and they provided us with a campsite, but not any way to use the bathroom till their office opened in the morning. Their sights are super close to each other, and the tent sights are sandwiched between the RVs, which can be noisy sometimes. read more

Traveling from Arizona to Kentucky, we stayed one night at Lake Powell. The girl at the information station was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area. The campground has a lot of spots but they are kinda small. We got the full hook up package for $56. It contained water, sewer, & electricity hook up. It also came with wifi access. The wifi is very spotty and would often cut out. We were better off using our own cellular service. The campground has full bathrooms and showers. There is also a pool. (We didn't use the bathrooms, showers or pool so we can't comment on if they were presentable or not.) Other than the bad wifi, our experience was very pleasant! read more

We were on a cross country round trip road trip so we saw many other campgrounds over about a month. This is really close to Horseshoe Bend and some other Page attractions. Overall it's decent. THE BEST DISHWASHING STATION IN THE USA IS HERE. It's really just a two section sink with a small countertop but compared to everywhere else, it was a godsend. Trees were nice. Otherwise, not much to look at. And the staff was indifferent. Showers were ok but narrow and three all shared one drain so be careful of the fellow next door. Also the water temp skyrockets when a toilet is flushed. Just turn off the water when you hear a belt jingling. read more

Great location in Page to visit Antelope Canyon. The park is mostly back in sites for the RVs with some tent sites and covered wagons that you can rent. The park had decent showers, bathrooms and laundry along with a small fitness room. The park does not offer wifi, but has cable hook ups. There's a fitness room available that has AC and fans going on, a pool, area to wash your dishes/pans, a laundry facility that's clean and easily accessible - there a few washers and dryers and more in the back of the room with a folding area, the restrooms are maintained very well - always clean and a ongoing fan inside - women's restroom has a huge mirror with outlets - water in both men and women showers come out "hard" haha like a rough water hose - warm and cool water adjustable, and my bf and I opted for a tent site which was perfectly spacious. Each tent site area has its own outlet source (2 plug ins) and a water dispenser/faucet like, a picnic table and a grill where i saw a guy come in the mornings to clean them. This campground is in a perfect, centered location near Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. There's a Walmart down the street, a market, fast food options - really great spot! This review is for tent camping. Even though the campground is mainly for RV camping, there are about 12 sites right next to one another which is only for tent. Privacy can be an issue since the sites are right next to each other. There is a water faucet in each site. The campground is clean and quiet. People are friendly and nice. Check-in is easy. Everything is included in the fee: swimming pool, hot tub, shower and WI-fi. There is a laundry facility which we didn't use. There is a discount for senior if you ask. The campground is within 10 minutes drive from Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Valley, Glen Canyon Dam and downtown Page. It's very convenient. Strongly recommended. read more

The campground was clean. Used to be an old KOA. The staff that I encountered during my stay were less than happy to be there. No hello or anything when I tried to help by telling them a dryer was not working. Used quarters to dry a load, went back to get them and they were still wet. PERFECT location if your main objective is to drive to antelope canyon or to horseshoe bend. The campground is nestled up to a beautiful little canyon wall and the grounds appeared well maintained. There was also an indoor pool and little playground! And you can't beat the price- $24! Drawbacks: Free wifi was advertised but I couldn't connect from my laptop or cell phone. When I asked the front desk, she said it must be because a lot of people were on it and I could try McDonald's (which was a drive away). I would have loved a little cafe or a better stocked store. Also would have been great if there was a shuttle service! The wifi was the real kicker for me though, I was bummed that I couldn't plan the rest of my trip - and my Verizon mifi wasn't able to generate a signal there either. The pros: the location is about 10 mins from Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon, 20 mins to Lone rock beach. Many restaurants, markets (safeway) and gas stations about 5 mins away. There are showers and flushed toilets that are fairly clean. There is pretty decent shade from planted trees for those tent camping. The cons: This is not the place for tent campers! It is a decent facility but I would only recommend it for RVers more than for those who choose to tent camp. We stayed at campsite T1 and let me tell you that it was a heavily trafficked site due to the wash sink being right behind your site. In addition, I kid you not, the site smelled like shit and that may be either attributed to one, the bathrooms being right behind or two, the dump station for RVs being about 200 feet from our site. In conclusion, the location did it's job in giving us a space to lay our heads at, at night but definitely not the same kind of campsite we are used to when camping at national parks or state parks. read more

LOVED our stay in the Conestoga Wagon. We stayed in April. It was comfortable, spacious, and had heat and AC available. There is a door with a lock to access the wagon/ tent. It's "glamping" with a theme. The campgrounds were comfortable and lit nicely for walking in an unfamiliar place at night. Bathrooms and showers were available and spacious. We were within walking distance of both. We stayed in a wagon #49. This one was closest to one of the street lamp style lights. The pros and cons are for you to decide. It didn't end up disrupting our sleep after a day of physical activity. I would absolutely stay here again. It was just as conveniently located as the hotels in the area, yet had more character and the feel of fresh air. read more

The best part of this campground is the photo on their website. Upon arriving it looked nothing like what was portrayed. The sites are all gravel, really thin gravel. There is no red rock, just dirt. The sites are level and wide, a good thing. The ambiance is terrible. Dusty, dirty, and cluttered. The showers have missing tile and the shower head I got sent out a stream of water that actually hurt. No spray, just a laser like jet of water. The park is in an industrial area and there are zero amenities around it. Avoid this place, it sucks. read more

Nice facility. We tent camped in their small sandy fenced-in tent sites, surrounded by RV sites. Good location, easy to find off Copper Mine Rd. My GPS could not find their address. But the site is easy to find. Clean, very clean. I liked the idea of fenced-in sandy tent sites with water and power, picnic table, for each one and nearby trash and showers/bathroom. Small store up front. Easy to spot on Google Maps if you are looking. Easy access to town, stores, fast food, etc. They took reservations via credit card by phone months in advance. Good price. Would camp here again without hesitation! My only dislike is the tent sites are so small and so close together, there is little isolation from noise from next door, so bring ear plugs. And with the local Lake Powell attracting drunk fisherman, this place can attract some drunks that arrive with their tents at 3am when the bars close. I don't think that children should go to the bathrooms unaccompanied at night. Also note that the tent sites feature a thick layer of imported soft red sand. Makes for softer ground to sleep on, but tracks into the tent and does not secure tent stakes very well. read more
