The team arrived early, started right away and was incredibly friendly. They wrapped all my furniture in shrink wrap and my wood furniture in blankets to protect it. I was worried about my new mattress getting super dirty from the move but there isn't an ounce of dirt...they protected it so well. The guys were hard working, they didn't break...they hustled. After arranging my move day I received a call the day before to confirm the timeframe. On the day off I received a call from the main office half way through the move to check in and make sure all was going well. And then at the end of the day when all was done the owner himself called to check in. I would like to highly recommend Page Relocation for all of your moving needs. They take professionalism to the next level. They moved my parents from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom house. It took an entire day to pack up the old house onto the BRAND NEW moving truck. Derrick and his crew carefully wrapped all furniture and belongings. They put protective runners on the floors so the hardwoods and carpet would not get damaged or dirty. They were very patient and kind to my parents. As I was moving some fragile items to my car, they offered to carry the items for me. They delivered the items the next day. They asked which room each box should be put in. First the account manager came by our house to give us an accurate quote. He let us know what we would need and what we wouldn't. No BS. They checked in with us the day before and the communication was excellent. Moving crew showed up when they said they would and got all our stuff moved out promptly. If there was anything of ours that was already scuffed or scratched, Mr. Stephen checked with us to make sure we already knew about it. The crew moved everything into the new house and put it all up where the boxes were labeled. Justin, Alexis, and the team that moved me were AWESOME!!!! Everybody at Page Relocation were very friendly and personable. They did everything they could to make the move as easy and seamless has possible. The price was very reasonable also. Justin also went over and beyond in working with me. There were unfortunately many obstacles to the paperwork that we needed at the condo that I moved from. He reassured me that he would do everything to make sure that it would be complete before my move (despite the incompetent property management personnel that he had to deal with).
