Paige's has become my favorite burger place around here. The double cheeseburger is so delicious and also the onion rings are very good and crispy. I've given the root beer a try 2 times and both times it tasted flat to me. The flavor was definitely good but it's lacking carbonation. Highly recommend if you haven't been here yet. They have a lot of different items on the menu but I've been so impressed with the burgers that I haven't ventured to try anything else yet. read more

I found this place through yelp while in the area for work about a month ago, and I have been back at least 5 times since. The menu is small but everything has been perfected. It really doesn't get any better if you're looking for a burger and fries. The root beer is also the best I've had. If you are anywhere close I highly recommend stopping here. Had to give this place a try after hearing and reading how good the burgers are. it is easy to overlook as it's tucked in a corner of a small retail strip. After placing our orders at the counter we found a table in the minimalist dining area. The food was brought out prompt and hot. I can agree with all the reviews of the burgers, they are delicious, but make sure you order 2 or 3 as they are small. The fries are equally good but the one thing they advertise, the root beer, was unremarkable and a bit watered down and warm. So best advice I have? Get the burgers and fries to go. read more

Ordered take-out from here and was pleasantly surprised! The place is small and doesn't have the best atmosphere for dining-in, but the food and milkshakes are great! The cook the diner style 'steakburgers' and they are small burgers so I definitely recommend a double (or more). Burgers are very affordable and it doesn't take them very long to cook your meal. The place only takes cash but they have an on-site ATM or there is a bank just down the street. Plenty of parking and is close to the Citrus Hill community. Will definitely come back! read more

Here is all the food we tried that i rate mediocre at best... patty melt, hamburgers, fries, root beer, and hotdog. Well, I guess you get what you pay for because the prices were cheap. I like Paiges. The root beer is excellent and they can put Ice cream in it which is the bomb diggity. The burgers are great but an alternative is the grilled cheese with bacon on rye. Really good for a Citrus County restaurant. I love a good burger and I love good root beer. They have both! I have visited this place on several occasions and really enjoy the burgers, but every time I regret getting bacon. Maybe some people like fatty bacon, but I really don't. I prefer my bacon with meat and crispy. The root beer is delicious and I always regret when I stray away from it. I ordered a chocolate banana shake last time and I was so excited. Unfortunately the banana used was artificial. I'm not sure if it was a syrup (probably) or banana ice cream, but it was so fake and gross I couldn't even finish half of it. The fries are good. They are very thin, but they are flavorful. The staff is nice each time I visit and my order is always right which is much appreciated! read more

Don't get me wrong the food id decent, but I have yet to figure out how this place won Best Burger in Citrus County." The first time we tried the place, the counter girl acted like she did us a favor by taking our order. We then waited 15 minutes to get bland root beer and five people behind us got their food before we did. OK, might have been a bad day for everyone concerned. Two years later we tried them again and it was Deja Vu. Basically we would rather drive to Ocala for Krystals than Paige's. Homemade root beer! Home of the little big burger! What more could you ask for from a burger joint? For about 10$ you can get triple burger, a rootbear float, and some onion rings, which is quite alot of food! The fried onion rings are arguably the best side on the menu. The French fries are average but they really load you up with them, so no complaints. Food comes out super fast.
