Steve (the co-owner) helped me prepare for spending 6 weeks on crutches, and his training and advice made a big difference to that not-so-fun experience. I went back to him several weeks later when I was off the crutches and was re-learning to walk, and again his PT help was great. He gives you lots of homework (exercises for range of motion, strength, balance), but if you stick with it, it makes a big difference. Action PT is highly recommended!

Its nice to see so many of Kauai's residents thriving here at Garden Isle. I did dock a star because there are a handful of upper management (mainly nursing managers) that do not convey the same love as the CNAs and nurses. Very snappy and unenthusiastic in helping others on the floor. Garden Isle does a good job with their daily activites for their residents as well as maintaining a happy floor staff.
