If you miss the call, we'll. The whole stupid cycle begins again. I find it difficult to believe that they care for their patients because first of all, you have to go through their BS merry-go-round before you can even talk to anyone. Then they may or may not accept you as a patient. As for myself, a person that has had extensive spinal surgeries and who lives with constant chronic pain, I usually needto see my pain management doctors sooner, rather than later. My pain is still there, but manageable now. It's been over 6 weeks since I actually spoke with a human and not an ignorant bot. I cannot remember when I first had to reach out to them. Obviously, they don't need patients. That's why I see the doctors that I see. I was having to switch because of my insurance. I switched insurance to get the doctors I have. It was much easier than dealing with pretentious doctors that don't give a **** about getting new patients. Don't waste your energy. If you get a referral for that practice. So I call today and finally get her on the phone only to have her tell me that she has never talked to my insurance company and that she has not received any paperwork. My wife was literally on the phone when the insurance called her. I hate to call anyone a liar but she is definitely one. IShe was so rude that I lost my cool. Then she hung up the phone on me.
