Find a local salon for a fraction of the cost. The basic services don't even include a foot soak. Will not be back.

Service requested: 5/5 I received the exact services that I…read morerequested and I am beyond thrilled with my fresh hard gel set! Vivie was my nail tech--if I lived in Houston she would definitely become my go to for service. Vivie is very meticulous and attentive to detail. She was open to the different nail art designs I was debating and let me test a color before settling on my final look. Quality 5/5 The quality is impeccable. I appreciate that the salon operates on appointments only. This creates an atmosphere for the tech and customer to have ample time for the service. Vibe 5/5 The salon is contemporary and clean. The woman at the front desk is welcoming and everyone was kind that I interfaced with. The waiting area is cozy as well. Vivie was an absolute joy to work with and I enjoyed her personality--we had some good laughs! I highly recommend her. Thank you Vivie and Adore Nail Salon. p.s. I found the salon on TikTok and after reading comments and checking out Instagram and the website, I selected this salon.

Very clean and spacious located in heights area. It is extremely important to book correctly, if you want a detailed design you have to book "Nail design" and if you have nail removal you also have to include that when booking. To account for the time you need. If you book incorrectly, the nail tech wouldn't know until next client arrives and then they rush or switch you to another nail tech to finish. Although they are still very kind about it, it is clear you have to book correctly. I came for birthday nails in late April and expected it to be pricey but didn't realize nail asking for a 3-D nail design increase price significantly. Normal French tip charge at Adore is $20, so anything additional like polka dots or another color is added on the $20. Total nail design was $60, gel x short is $70, nail removal $10 = total of $140 for nails alone. Although I realize you are paying for art, for their time, dedication, expertise and their patience to design the nail how you want. It is pricey in my opinion. I would go back but only for solid color or French tip only.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and felt completely disregarded as a customer…read more I arrived for my 9:30 a.m. appointment only to be told that my nail technician had called in sick and that the salon had attempted to notify me at 9:15 a.m. By that time, I was already on the road and nearly at the salon. While I understand that emergencies happen, giving a customer only 15 minutes' notice for a cancellation is extremely frustrating and shows very little respect for the client's time. I asked whether another technician could perform the manicure, and a technician named Ab took over. During the appointment, he casually told me that he had been out with my original nail technician the night before and that they had gone bar-hopping together. Hearing that was upsetting because I had been told she was too sick to come to work. Whether or not that was the reason for her absence, it immediately made me question the explanation I had been given. After he applied the builder gel and polish, I noticed that several nails looked noticeably uneven. One side of multiple nails appeared much thicker and higher than the other, creating a ballooned, lopsided appearance. In addition, large portions of the sides of my nails were left without polish, leaving my natural nail visible. When I politely pointed out these concerns, I expected a professional discussion or an attempt to correct the issues. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and blame. I was told that I was wasting his time and that the problem was caused by my natural nail shape. While I understand that no one's nails are perfectly symmetrical, that does not explain why multiple nails had obvious product buildup on one side and incomplete polish coverage on the other. The technician then removed everything with a visibly poor attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, he brought over the cashier and I felt as though I was being confronted for raising legitimate concerns about the quality of the work. After spending an hour in the salon, I left with no completed manicure and nails that looked worse than when I arrived. What shocked me most was that they still charged the full price of the service. I asked the cashier to contact the manager or owner and explain what had happened, but I was told that management instructed them to charge me in full despite the circumstances. I told them that this was unreasonable as they had taken off everything and left my nails looking worse (I have attached photos of how my nails looked when I left the salon). The entire experience from the last-minute cancellation, to the poor workmanship, to being blamed for pointing out obvious issues, and finally being charged full price for a manicure that was removed left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. Everyone can make mistakes, but what truly matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this salon demonstrated poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and very little regard for its customers' time or concerns. Update: the owner called me and told me she is reporting me to the authorities. This is the worst gaslighting I have ever experienced. She was extremely defensive and did not apologize once. She told me that a service was provided and that I needed to pay. I explained that they messed up my nails then removed everything and left my nails in worse condition. I cannot believe this is even happening. Please do not go here.

She really took her time and paid attention to every detail, which made such a difference. On top of that, the vibe of the salon is everything: very neutral, minimalistic, and cutesy in the best way. Highly recommend Miriana if you want quality work in a space that feels as good as it looks.

I decided to give this salon another chance since they opened a new location, but unfortunately…read morethis visit confirmed why I stopped coming. I was charged $75 for a refill with cat-eye polish, even though I already had my nails on. The service was just a basic fill, removal of the previous polish, and cat-eye gel. I did not add length -- I actually shortened them, which makes the price even harder to justify. For that price, you would at least expect the design to be consistent, but the cat-eye effect wasn't even uniform across the nails. The whole service felt very rushed, like they were just trying to get it done as quickly as possible. The bigger issue for me was the customer service from the receptionist, Amy. I've encountered her before at another Aura location and stopped going there because the quality became inconsistent. When I called to make the appointment, the information about closing times and last appointments was contradictory, and the tone of the conversation already felt irritated. When I arrived and when I was checking out, the interaction was very abrupt and unfriendly. There was no warmth or basic customer service, which really affects the overall experience. To make matters worse, even after being charged $75 for a rushed and inconsistent refill, I still generously tipped. At this point, these prices for the level of service provided are just getting out of hand. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Omg this nail salon is top notch…read more To start off, the customer service is incredible. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and attended to right away. Theres a full service bar that offers fun drinks like lychee margaritas and the most delicious Vietnamese coffee. They have an amazing loyalty system that allowd you to keep track of your exact colors through their system and you also gain points everytime you go!! If you pay in cash you get DOUBLE points. We love that. Second, the space is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming and spacious relaxing environment. The massage chairs had option for heated massage rollers which is great for someone like me who is constantly cold with AC. And the chairs are brand new and COMFORTABLE. This space is so luxurious and welcoming with the bar in the center. Theres also sections so for our large group of 8 we felt like we had privacy. Lasly, the nail service is outstanding. All of our girls left satisfied with their service which is hard to do with a big group of 8. All of our nails turned out perfect and they checked in on us frequently with a friendly demeanor and made sure all of our needs were attended to and met. I seriously think this is the best nail salon ever!!! 100000000/10 recommend. Thank you!!!!!
