always did a great job. Then one day we scheduled an appointment and were then told the tech was no longer employed that does my wifes nails but someone else would help her. Every time since then the quality has just deteriorated. There is no point in bringing up any issues with the staff, they just dismiss you and say oh we can fix it but you can't un-cut me. Today my wife & I got a pedicure, I was cut repeatedly, with my toe still red and now swelling. My wife' toes were filed down to the point of bleeding. Photos to come. There's a cut halfway under my wifes nails where they tried which we just noticed when we got home. Overall the quality, cost and the service just isn't there to be paying $150.00 each time. Here's to hoping I don't have an infection from the cut. We went on 08/25 at around 10:15AM. 2 pedicures with gel. Premium Cost, Cheap Quality. Updated picture to show swelling and redness. We had to go to the doctor to get our feet assessed and have a possible infection and were prescribed medication. We've now spent the same amount getting treated as we have with getting our toes done. I've reported them to the state. They are removing our review on google even though we actually were serviced and customers of this location. I've provided photos of the injuries on day of as well as day after. I've been going here for a while now. I used to absolutely love this place. Good service, nice workers, and I always left happy with my nails. A little less than a week ago, i got my nails done per usual. I wasn't very happy with how they turned out and ended up coming back the next day to get them fixed. this was VERY unlike me, as i've never come back to get a set fixed. i ended up adding some little silver stones on top of my nails and left very happy. That night, the silver on the gems just chipped off and they turned green and purple. i was really upset because i was finally happy with how they looked and now they're ruined AGAIN. Yesterday, i went back. i told them what happened and i really wanted to just replace the stones that got messed up. when i think back on it, i don't remember the nail tech ever putting a top coat over the gems the first time, so i was hoping that after putting new ones on, they could put a top coat on. I got the same nail tech as the one i got the time before when i got my nails fixed the first time. he made me feel like i was a burden. he didn't talk to me, he rushed, didn't ask me if i liked the placement or the size, just overall not very hospitable. After the service, i leave happy. i think, "finally, i can leave happy and not have to worry about needing to come back!" It's the next morning. Half the beads are turning green and purple again. he did not take his time on my nails, he rushed, and not only are half the beads turning weirdly colored again, but he just slathered a top coat on my nails and they just look messy. I used to really love this place and trusted that i'd always leave happy. This is really making me rethink if i ever want to come back. read more

Went here with a friend to enjoy a girls morning out and get pedicures. She highly recommended and now I know why the service was amazing we went in with no appointment and even on a Sunday they were able to get us in right away, probably because this place is soo massive. We were offered drinks upon arrival and they even had snacks. Additionally they have 6 options for pedicures and we went mid-range for $55 which isn't bad and they did any amazing job. Will go back if im in Houston again. read more

During my visit, I was approached by staff while simply waiting in line to pay, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Additionally, my experience during a manicure was equally unsettling, as the technician appeared visibly uncomfortable interacting with me. Overall, the environment felt unkind and discriminatory, and I left feeling deeply uneasy. I will not be returning or supporting this business moving forward. read more

**** DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY**** I went here last Friday on my way out of the city. I planned to get a fresh set and a pedicure. The photos I have provided are of both services. As you can see my big toes have been cut at an ungodly angle, causing major pain every step I have taken since I left. As you can see dead skin was left behind making the issue worse. It seems here they are quick to give you alcohol, give you an "itemized" price and send you on your way. This is one of those places that charge for "shaping" even though any nail you get must be shaped. They charged for nail removal yet left old acrylic behind and the cuticles a mess. When I asked the nail tech if she had any suggestions she seemed more annoyed than she did when she sat down with me. As a grown women, who works and pays for her own services I know MANY can relate when I say if the product is no good; meaning the nail polish is old, the acrylic lifts, rude nail techs, out dated techniques, (now I got two jacked up big toes) I might as well not even go. These are the things we look for when looking for a good nail salon. And let me tell you, you're better off at your local shop. Where prices are reasonably set, service is good, suggestions are made, quality work is produced, and they are happy to see you. Not just ready to size you up and take your money for boo boo service. read more

VERY VERY rude .. if I could write this place zero negative stars I totally would, you walk in you think you're going to get a nice experience, but the chairs are very old and dirty, the nail techs are rude and not properly trained . When the man started my Pedicure, everything went downhill, he literally cut my toe, made it bleed because he cut it way too short and then tried to file it down what a horrible experience .. it was so bad. I made them stop in the middle of my pedicure. And left I also still paid $10 just for him to take the polish off my toes would never go there again, so many other better places... RUDE .. read more

My toenail chipped the same day I got my pedicure. Maybe it was my fault? Maybe it was the nail polish I prefer OPI which I wasn't offered or did I see in the salon? I've never been to a salon where they give you the shellac colors to pick your regular nail polish. Went back the next day to have it fixed as I'm going on vacation and was lectured about how it was my fault that my nail was chipped. Also told I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get it fixed though someone came and fixed it within five minutes, again with a lecture about how I didn't let it dry long enough. My Little had her nails painted, by the end of the day all the polish was off. I understand that it's regular polish. I'm not doing shellac on a five-year-old, but it should've lasted more than three hours. I was told that it was our fault because we didn't let it dry long enough. I was hopeful this would be our new salon, but don't think we'll be back. read more

I like the shape and the color and the ambience. It was very nice. It was my first time there so I didn't know a lot of the things , they do charge for your nail length even though my nails are already long and I actually wanted them short but she couldn't cut them short because they were Coffin shape. I understand there's a fee for coffin shape so anyway, manager explained it to me and took off fee because I wanted short but couldn't w my shape, but the girl Tiffany was not a nice technician. I feel like these women are overworked and that's why they are angry. It's not just this place a lot of nail salons some technicians are just not nice. read more

I wish I wasn't doing this but I've came here twice now and each time my nails have messed up within two weeks. My girlfriend comes here all the time and her nails are always perfect but for me it's a different story. The customer service is always great but the quality of my nails are trash. The first time I came I got a gel Manicure after at week it started to lift up. I just said I'll start getting full sets. I got my full set done November 3 the young lady was very nice but the full set isn't so nice. She didn't clean my cuticles I asked for pink clear and she said they couldn't give me that. I honestly forgot why and I got French tip black. It was late when I left so I didn't notice that the black was see through and the color was chipping. I called up there the next and they told me I could come in and they would fix it. When I got there they said that they only do one coat for black but this is my first time ever getting black. I asked them can they just change it to white. She set me down went and talked to her manager and they said they would have to charge me to change the color. They did offer to get me 20% off but if I just spend $80 on some nails I shouldn't have to pay extra. They added a second layer of black to my nails and by the next day the color was chipping off again. My second problem is my nails are lifting off. I don't do hard labor with my hands so this shouldn't even be happening. I'm going to add pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. I'll give them one more try and after that I'm going elsewhere. read more
