I had a great time here. I got a reservation the day before for 3 and they were able to get us in at a convenient time. They have a little private pedicure room and the 3 of us were sat in there. Prices were reasonable and their menu included a small drink selection that they could bring you. I got the tea! I appreciated that my pedicure was not rushed, the lady did a very good job and gave a nice massage as well. I would say that their pricing is low considering the quality of work. Plenty of places charge comparable prices but seem in a hurry to get you out the door! Their tools were also in the little sanitary bags, as that's something to check for when looking for a nail salon. All the workers had gloves on. I felt that everything was sanitary and safe, so I was able to relax during my pedicure. This was made easier by the attractive and clean interior and calming music. The ultimate bad experience! Just when you think you find the perfect nail salon, you get hit with a bunch of BS! I asked for medium/short coffin nails and I was told since that was NOT "standard size" they wld charge me $5 extra. I asked what is considered "standard size" and was not given an answer. For the past 6 years I've been making a 30-40 min drive to my former nail salon. Today the rain prevented me from making that drive so I came to ritual nail spa because it was way closer to my house. I went with my friend on Sat 27th May for a pedi (me). I usually go to Neon Nail and my pedis last 3 weeks atleast. Since my friend was getting a mani & pedi I went ahead and upgraded to their $50 pedi. It was not worth it. They didn't trim my nails properly so that one was digging into another toe. The polish was not applied properly and they took a long time to check us out. When I had paid AND tipped, they called me back because they thought I had not paid. Definitely was worth it, only thing I was looking to receive a medi as well and upon asking the manager if I can soak my nails while getting my pedi done AND (after seeing everyone standing around and only 3 clients inside spa) I didn't think it was an issue yet was told I couldn't be helped because everyone was busy. The location of ritual is fantastic, the decor is relaxing and it's not your typical, tacky, nail salon. However the main purpose of a nail salon is nails, so here we go. I went in for a mani pedi and picked a regular OPI and got to work. After trimming my cuticles (quickly & sloppily) my nail technician told me I had to pay $3 extra because the color I selected was OPI shine, and it lasts longer. I LAUGHED OUT LOUD. OPI Lacquer, Shine, Infinite etc are the same ole standard polish with different branding. Hard pass but nice try on the $6 up charge. The actual manicure was bad. Just bad. Didn't trim cuticles well, get previous polish off entirely and painted off the cuticle so I left with what looks like an already grown out mani. If it hadn't been closing time I would have asked the woman who did my pedicure (which was well done) to redo my nails. Won't be back unless I have no other option. read more

Ritual Pedispa is hands down the best nail salon I've ever experienced! I was looking for a good salon near my house and read an amazing review, so I decided to give it a try. I walked in for a dip manicure and was paired with Ian. He took his time (over an hour but I needed a lot of work- tip extensions and a lot of cuticle and nail reshaping) but my god, he gave me the BEST manicure of my life. No joke, I had no chipping or nail breakage for ONE MONTH. I'm lazy and rarely get my nails done, but besides the nails being grown out, the manicure was still perfect. I have now been 3 times and gone with Ian every time and he consistently gives me the best manicure that is long lasting and perfect! Everyone is so nice in the salon. I'm always greeted warmly when I enter. The salon is very clean and inviting. The music they play is a relaxing piano. All customers are offered a drink upon entering. They have a wonderful color selection for dip, gel, and traditional lacquer. The last time I went, I arrived about 25 minutes before closing (and 35 minutes late for my appointment) and they STILL welcomed me in. I will be moving homes soon but I still plan to come to this salon. When I find a gem of a small business, I stick with it! read more

First time coming here (Sunday noonish without appointment) and it was great! The pedicure basins use plastic covers and do not have Jacuzzi bubbles (important for hygiene purposes). The tools are individually opened in front of you. The massage chairs have lots of options and free drinks are offered when you sit down. I got the Sweet Nothings pedicure (basic) for $30 and asked for extra attention on my calluses. Kan was thorough cutting and shaping and buffing (and did not saw back and forth with the Emory board). He also listened to me about the calluses, used callus cream, and got them off better than any place (other than me personally since I can feel it). Also the foot/lower leg rub is always appreciated! Highly highly recommended for the cleanliness, atmosphere, finished product, and great pricing. I can go to a $2-5 cheaper place nearby but I'd rather see the hygiene and quieter ambiance here (there were 6 of us having pedicures and no employees were yelling across the room. This was one of the nicest pedicure experiences I have had in a long time and it was reasonably priced! In addition, they told me that the regular polish for my toes was the same but then when I saw it in the natural light it was definitely not the same shade.
