I learned a few interesting factoids and had a lot of fun assembling the meal. The location is also very clean and inviting, and I would be interested in attending one of their public event nights to try some of the other offerings. I heard their sushi class is very popular. Big thanks to Albert, Agnes and Joey who hosted the event for us! I recommend if you want an out of the ordinary work event or gathering. I don't blame the bartender -- she was clearly doing her best and working hard to keep up. However, another employee came over and instead of asking who was next, he chose a couple of people to help and then walked away, which was frustrating. I understand that Fridays can be busy, especially with lots of reservations, but better staffing or having a manager step in to help during peak times would make a big difference. The food and drinks were just ok. Overall, the games were the highlight, but the service and food experience could definitely be improved.

I recently participated in…read moreone of their custom events for our church and our group is still talking about it months later! I helped lead a team of teenage girls through our community completing wild challenges and interacting with local businesses and residents. I'd strongly recommend looking into doing a custom event with them, or competing in their annual X-Race, where teams from all around the country compete at exactly the same time. We had teams of all different ages and athletic abilities participate in our event and it was fun for everyone! An awesome company!!

Being introverts we were hesitant at first. Our first impression after we signed up was a phone call with the founder of Unscripted Productions, Will. He has great energy and just knew we made the right move after a five minute phone call. The class made us get out of our comfort zone, be silly, take on different personas, make lifelong friends and built trust all while being in a safe environment. We looked forward to our classes as play time and always left feeling energized. We loved it so much that we are looking forward to taking Improv 2.

Will Dennis and his three companions were a high energy team involving the audience in their skits and even calling them up to the stage to join in the spontaneous merriment. Give them three unusual objects, moments in history or dialogue from Neil Simon plays, and they return with an hilarious sketch called out if their interactive imagination. It was all great! Although the evening began as a fundraiser for local candidates a week before the election, it quickly became an exercise in team building and support for the final get out the vote push, while it also showed another side of all of us who were ready for some fun after so many month of all too serious campaigning. Didn't know how funny those guys were! So, we raised some money, ate some good food provided by local restaurants and delis, and enjoyed an unexpectedly wonderful evening. What really made the experience stand out was one of the employees, Sincere, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He was prompt, energetic, attentive, and genuinely made the entire experience so much better. It's rare to come across someone who brings that level of enthusiasm and customer service. He absolutely deserves a raise! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend F1 Arcade to anyone looking for a fun and exciting time.

Very disappointing experience at F1 Arcade Philadelphia during NBA Finals Game 3…read more Our group of eight professionals chose F1 Arcade to watch the game, order food and drinks, and support a local business. With approximately five minutes remaining in the game, the TVs were suddenly turned off without warning. We initially thought there was a technical issue, only to be told that everyone had to leave because it was after 11:00 PM. The issue wasn't that the venue was closing--it was how the situation was handled. No one informed us beforehand that the game would be cut off before it ended, and when a member of our group respectfully expressed his disappointment as a repeat customer, the security manager on duty, Dante, responded aggressively, used profanity, and stated that he "didn't care" because he makes more money than any of us anyway. Customer service and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior turned what had been an enjoyable evening into a negative experience that left our entire group questioning whether we would return. We hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and management conduct at this location.

We had level three and the bar staff as a whole was fantastic! The bowling was fun. The band and music was jamming! The lane staff kept up with all the changes of names. And the atmosphere is fun no matter what time of the day it is. My only complaint is that they switched from the traditional racking system, to the string sytem and because of that, the pins don't fall in a natural way. There was a main seating area in the middle of the market, where you could see classes of high school students being lectured by teachers, workers on their lunch hour nibbling on a snack, and tourists and visitors frantically looking at all the visual splendor and fragrant cookery. Each individual business in the market has something to contribute to the overall experience. If you are close to the market, I recommend going during breakfast, lunch, and dinner to see the difference in food options. I also recommend going before lunch because it is usually a little less packed. Parking is going to be a hassle, so find parking where you can, and try to walk there!
