Between the fun atmosphere and Gloria, our master painter, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being able to bring your own sips but also being able to purchase bites was such a nice addition. Gloria was a wonderful guide and really made us feel confident in the art we were creating. When she wasn't painting, she was a fun addition to the group, constantly chatting with us and volleying back and forth. It's also cool this was attached to Colour Me Mine and made me want to come back for a session there!

We were all able to find parking right in front of the studio. It seems like they have lots of different events at once. Some peeps were doing pottery painting and others like us did the Painting with a Twist. They pre assign seats so make sure you come early if you want to sit next to your bestie or something haha. We had a group of 6 and we had such a good time! I can't paint at ALL! Just not my thing but luckily this was a BYOB spot so the drinks made me have such a good time. Our teacher Haley was also great to work with. She took her time and also gave us tips if we needed any help. Overall this was such a fun class! Would love to do this again.

The space is…read morebright, welcoming, and filled with local art, handmade ceramics, and fun little details that make you want to slow down and look around. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, from the colorful seating to the vintage decor and handmade pottery available for purchase. I ordered the iced chai, and it was perfectly balanced with great spice flavor without being overly sweet. We also tried the matcha, which was smooth, creamy, and beautifully layered. The drinks were made quickly and looked just as good as they tasted. Beyond the coffee, this is an amazing place to support local artists. They had handcrafted mugs, planters, pottery, ceramics, cross-stitch kits, and other gifts throughout the shop. The atmosphere is quiet enough to work, catch up with friends, or simply relax with a drink. There are plenty of tables, large windows with natural light, and comfortable seating throughout. The staff was friendly, and the entire café was clean and inviting. Parking was easy, and I appreciated how much personality the space has compared to a typical coffee chain. If you're looking for a local coffee shop in Phoenix with excellent coffee, matcha, chai, unique gifts, handmade pottery, and a cozy creative atmosphere, Pip Coffee + Clay is absolutely worth visiting. I'll definitely be back.

As a complete novice, I was totally lost. I tried multiple times on my own but no luck. I asked for help multiple times and got general advice. I was the ONLY one that couldn't make anything, yet the instructor didn't seem to either notice or to care. I eventually looked up my own video on how to do this and still wasn't able to. The instructor said she would be happy to help one on one, yet I was the was one who clearly needed help, she was and just made her own pottery. I feel demoralized and humiliated. I left this experience in tears.
