Magical MELISSA , thank you very much!!!! She is the hair whisperer I swear ! I literally spent an entire year with my hair up in a ponytail because of all the bad cuts I kept getting. If a stylist has a bad day , then what they don't realize is like that means several weeks of bad hair days or even months for you . I'm pretty basic , I have thin ,fine hair ,and I like it cut a little below shoulder length , and even on both sides , but I don't know why it was so hard to get this year. A long time friend of mine referred me to Melissa, I guess I never thought to ask because it's an hour away from me , but I was desperate. I came to Melissa with PTSD because of all the bad cuts , no joke ! Melissa did long layers on my hair and evened everything out, without having to take off much . I've been wearing my hair down every day ever since and loving it ! Unfortunately I would have loved to show her excitement after my cut, but usually I will go home and it isn't until then is when I realize that after trying to style it myself, I am unable to , only to see how uneven it is and not even close to what I wanted. I am so happy with my cut now , which means everyone else is too because they don't have to hear me complain about my hair all the time when it was in bad shape and now I tell them "oh , did I tell you I love my haircut and that woman (Melissa) is amazing !?" . In addition, she's performed several different types of straightening treatments on my hair, all of which have come out with the desired effect and have lasted much longer than I expected.
