Everything came out looking great. They were nice and responsive over the phone prior to the job being completed. I wasn't able to do the walk through after they completed the job due to being stuck at work. Which wasn't a problem for them, they came out a few days later to do the walk through with me. I pointed out a few things that needed some touch up and he took pictures of them. They said that they will have the office contact me to schedule for them to come back out and make it right. This was over a month ago and I still haven't heard from them. I would have gave them 5 stars but, I didn't due to lack of follow up. read more

They did not prep the wood correctly so the paint is peeling. After several phone calls and emails I finally got a response. It then took a while for them to come out to look at it. After 2x just painting over the peeling areas I decided to hire a painter who would act do it correctly (ie prep the area). I hired them because of their guarantee, but obviously those we're just words. It seems they have a lot of turnover as 2 of the 3 employees that worked on my house made it clear they were not working at that company much longer and the one who didn't complain is related to the owner. read more

I needed the exterior of my house painted and found Paint Rite Pros through an advertisement. I was impressed with the preliminary inspection, projected scope of work, price and timing. I was thrilled with the outcome. They recommended a handyman they work with to repair and replace siding that was worn ( the house was built in 1977 ). It has redwood siding and has cathedral ceilings that makes the outside almost two stories high. They power washed the entire exterior, masked around the windows, covered all areas not to be painted and included a shed, gazebo, outdoor toy closet, garage doors and front door staining/sealant/in the project. They arrived early, as they said they would and cleaned up every day. The entire project took 7 days; 1 day for the handyman, 1 day for the power wash, 4 days for the painting of the house, and 1 day for the front door. The handyman cost $2250 and the painting was $8360.00. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a fabulous outcome!! read more

Scheduled to paint a small (10 x 10) room and interior closet on a Friday. Called Thursday prior to reschedule due to previous week rain delays. No show on Monday and I had to reach out to them to find out why. Apparently they couldn't find the right paint for the project. I had to take a sample to Sherwin Williams so they could have the paint by the next day. On Tuesday they showed up to begin. I had all the furniture and faceplate/outlet plugs removed. One worker was left to do the job, he didn't finish on Tuesday and had to come back Wednesday for 1/2 day. This 1 day job turned into 4 days of my time. That part didn't bother me as much as the unprofessional job. The painter didn't cover the outlets and so painted right over them. I had to ask him to clean the outlets or he would have left them that way. The lines between the ceiling and walls was terrible. Ceiling paint on the wall and vice versa. I had a mirror hung on the back of the door which I assumed they would fill the nail holes prior to painting ( as they did all other nail holes), but they didn't. General messiness, paint on my ceiling fan chain, on the brass rings of the closet doors and faceplate of door frame. I don't even know what to say about the baseboards (see pictures). Not what I would call professional work at all. Update:The company did offer to come back and fix the problems, however I declined that offer at this time. read more

We had Paint-Rite Pros submit a bid to paint the exterior of our house along with other painting contractors. Chris, the owner contacted us and set-up an appointment for an estimate. Chris is very personable and explained their painting process and what is included in the bid. The Paint-Rite Pros bid came in as one of the highest bids, but other bids were not as extensive as what Chris and his company promise to deliver. The painting days were scheduled and Brian showed up on Wednesday to power wash the house and fix a small area of dry rot. Brian was prompt, courteous, and thorough. The weather really didn't want to cooperate and rained Wednesday night. They were supposed to show up to begin painting at 8 am on Thursday. Well 8 am came and went and at about 8:30 am, I called the office to get an ETA as to when they were going to show up. Lowis advised me that the rain has delayed them by a day. My only complaint is that a courtesy phone call advising me that they weren't coming would of been nice and expected from a professional business. The painters showed up promptly on Friday morning and Elijah introduced himself and walked us through what was going to happen during the painting process. The crew did an outstanding job protecting most of our plants and bushes near the house. The crew worked hard all day and they were unable to get the body of the house completed due to the fact that Kelly/Moore store ran out of the base for our paint and wouldn't get any until Saturday. The painting crew showed up on Saturday with quite the task of finishing spraying the body of the house in 20+ mph winds. Elijah did a great job under the circumstances. No overspray and the job looked awesome. The crew was unable to finish spraying our garage doors due to the wind. Elijah stated they would have to come back Monday and I would receive a phone call regarding what time they would be there. Well we never received a phone call (second occurrence) and that should be unacceptable. All we got was the door bell ringing at 6:40 am on Monday with Elijah ready to complete the work. Elijah was alone and spent a large portion of the day completing the work. I will have to say Elijah busted his ass and did an outstanding job. All in all, we are very happy with the job the crew from Paint-Rite Pros did. The only complaint I had was no customer contact as to delays and start times. read more

We wanted to get the exterior of our house painted and although they were the most expensive (compared to the other estimates we got) I chose PaintRite Pros based on the reviews here and my assumption that I was hiring a professional company. I figured it would be worth the extra money to get the job done right and trusted them to do the job right so I wouldn't have to spend much time looking over their shoulder and double checking on them. I work and really didn't have much extra time. It turned out that I was wrong about that. The project started out ok, a few days before the scheduled start day someone showed up to go over the project with me and left me with a good feeling. The crew showed up on schedule and the few times I stopped work to give things a look everything seemed OK. The last day of the project one of the painters came to the door and said they were almost done and another guy would be here soon to get paid. I noticed that the light fixture outside the front door was still sitting on the ground and I asked him if it was going to be put back up, he said ok and picked it up. I walked around to the side and back of the house and the crew was still busy cleaning up and touching up, lots of blue tape pieces to indicate where they needed to touch up so I left it at that and trusted them to finish. When I walked back around to the front the light fixture was sitting on the floor, not on the wall and the electricity wires were just hanging loose. My wife said the guy told her they had lost the screws and we could go get some at Home Depot. He then got in his truck and left. Soon after that the rest of the crew left and the guy to get paid showed up. I showed him the light fixture, he messed around with it and called someone and told me that they had lost the screws and he would get some and come back first thing in the morning to put it up. This is when I made a big mistake, I went ahead and paid him. He never showed up the next day or the day after or the day after. On the following Saturday I went ahead and got the screws for the light fixture and put it back up myself. Then I walked around and inspected the job. There were quite a few places where the old color was still showing and cracks that were not filled prior to painting. And the big surprise, the light fixture in the back was not removed but just painted over. That's right they just sprayed it along with the house. They knew they did it because you could see where they tried to wipe the paint off the bulbs, it looks like crap. They also left a big pile of garbage and empty paint cans. Luckily some of the cans still had paint left in them so my wife and I were able to do lots of the touchup ourselves. It took us 2 weeks of full garbage cans to get rid of the garbage they left. This is the kind of stuff I might expect from some "Craigslist" guy but not a "professional" company. I think that PaintRite would have come back to fix the errors if I called and made some noise, but after the way things were left, I didn't want them back on my property. I would never recommend their service. read more

Paint crew was so polite, efficient and organized. We hired them to paint our single story home and was so pleased with the final result. The only initial flaw was the communication with office staff. The schedule was set up wrong and had staff show up 3 days early which was upsetting when we were not home. These guys are very professional from there salesperson to their paint pushers. The sale person showed up when he said he was going to show up, went over different color options and all the different sale prices with us. At no point did we ever feel pressured to buy outside of what we were comfortable spending. Art was the crew lead and he introduced all his crew to me on the first day of the job. If I could give them a no stars I would. This company has a serious communication issue with their own team. They don't know how to manage employees. They literally sent 1 guy to do the entire job of a floor to ceiling paint job in 5-6 days with no help. It lasted 8 days and still didn't finish the job. As the owner paying over 15k on a 4400 sq ft home you would think you would get some type of quality service but the pictures speak a thousand words. On top of that, we have had to put on face plates ourselves, hang light fixtures, blinds, door stoppers and other hardware. And get this we asked for a hefty discount and the owner Chris eventually gave $1000 and threaten to take our house of I didn't pay. I told him I would make it public about our experience and he literally said he didn't care. We had other contractors which they were clearly told and they assured us they could work in tandem and get the job done, but nope. There are several more issues with the house but too many to post. read more

I called this company since I viewed another house that was painted down the street from me. As critical as I am, I noticed that this house was painted different than the others. I could visibly tell that the paint was not just sprayed on, it was back rolled and thick. It also he a very nice sheen to it that made the house stand out. This house is owned by people that really take care of things, American flag and all. All the other houses painted in my neighborhood were just sprayed and flat. Noticeable difference! I had to stop and ask them who painted their house. That's how I got their contact info. I contacted them and had the best experience of any company I have Yelped. Customer service in their office was outstanding. The guys that showed up for the estimate were outstanding, clean, well dressed, and respectful. They had professional paperwork and vehicles. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable and the estimator sat with me to explain their products. They actually use very good paint products as I know a little about paint being FAA licensed to paint aircraft. They seal areas, prep with pressure washing a day before and then paint. The crew they sent out were so respectful, I felt like a military officer. They were worthy of my trust and asked before they did anything that I might slightly be inconvenienced by. They mopped that paint on!!! Man, it will last a long time and looks good. They didn't just spray and leave. These guys checked and rechecked every area and retouched as needed. At the end, they had me go over their job and even tightened and touched up some security wires for me. I will say that I'm a very difficult to please german. Made up a very detailed project in the Yelp app and sent it to a few painting companies for estimates. All other companies responded within a few days and using the details from my project and pictures I sent, were able to give an estimate for the project. Some were exact quotes and some were price range estimates, since things might vary once they were on site, which I understand. Paintrite Pros didn't bother to respond to my project for 14 DAYS and then insisted they needed to send someone out to my house to give me a quote. I replied that I was not interested in a parade of painters coming to my house for estimates, hence why I included all the details in the project description and offered pictures for clarification. They insisted they wouldn't even discuss my project until they sent someone out to look at it. So needless to say they will not be getting my business. I wanted Paintrite to do the interior of my 1460 sq. foot house. The estimator, Tim Glover, drove out to look at my home and give me a quote. He showed very little respect for me as a client from the beginning. He spoke in a condescending manner about pricing over and over. I told him that I'm fine with quality work and to just do the estimate and email me his quote. He continued with his, "Do you even have the money" tone AGAIN when he announced my quote. BTW, three Chimney inspectors were working on the fireplace nearby as he was announcing my numbers. How tacky! I don't want them thinking, "Oh she'll just pay anything." We could have spoken outside, in another room, or he could have just EMAILED it as we agreed in the first place. This man was so unnecessarily unprofessional, that Paintrite LOST MY BUSINESS. If my $3,500 ain't good enough, then I can find someone else who will treat me with respect. Instead of calling his supervisors, I chose to handle this on the lowest level possible and personally tell him what I didn't appreciate about his manner. Shortly afterward, I received a phone call from a lady, from Paintrite, speaking to me about Tim and wonderful he is, and how he isn't racist... of course she NEVER asked me what happened. I recently had the interior of my house painted. There were issues from the beginning to the end! From the administration to the project actually being completed! On the second day of my project, I waited for an hour for someone to arrive! Then I called the supervisor to see what the issue was. He said he would check and get back to me! I did not receive a call back! Then I called him! He offered to stop by my house, and gave me an hour and a half time frame!  In the meantime two of the workers did arrived (should have been three)!
