A realtor friend of mine were discussing challenges finding a reputable and reliable paint crew after 2 companies had scheduled with us and then cancelled. She referred me to Nemesio and what a different experience. Nemesio responded immediately and saw our vision. Our project was not your run of the mill exterior paint contract. We had 2 stucco structures that had never been painted, 2 stories, multiple garage doors, aging fascia boards and precious art work that needed to be protected. After seeing it completed I am not sure other small contractors could have pulled it off. We were challenged by 100+ degree temps and a Holiday but Nemesio and Rigo were in constant communication with us. When we expressed concerns they immediately changed the plan to accommodate any and all of our concerns. What a process. I can not say enough about Rigo and team. They are very respectful, clean, thorough, and hard working. Rigo checked in with us everyday. We addressed challenges and design opportunities as they came up without issue. Rigo's industry experience was invaluable as he saw how the paint was reacting to our structure. We discussed it and he made the necessary changes to insure an amazing end result. 70 gallons of custom color and 9 LONG days later we have an amazing end result. I was nervous for sure however, this team has restored my faith in hard work, customer service, and a quality product. They were not the fastest, or the cheapest, but they were nearly perfect. Super Hero's Painter Painting is an excellent company and did a fantastic job painting my house. The companies crew showed up on time and conducted themselves professionally. I rated them with four stars only because when they washed my house prior to painting it and cleaning out the gutters. Only 75% was completed and north side of the house gutters were not cleaned until last two days of the job. After I spoke with a manager he had his crew clean out the two gutters and sweep the rooftop. I was informed that a piece of the water spraying equipment had broken. Unfortunately, no spare parts to continue the job. Will I use this company again, absolutely. Hopefully they will learn from mistakes and perfect there company. The company my neighbors recommended was not available for 4 months and wanted 17K for our job, so we went with Super Hero's because they had an opening in a 3 weeks. We paid 13K for interior painting of our 3100sf home, including garage. Nemesio and Rigo were our painting supervisors, and one of them is always around which is good because the rest of the crew only speaks Spanish. They did an outstanding job, and exactly to my specifications. My only complaint is that what could have taken 8 days to complete took 3 weeks because they are a small company of about 7, and for the first week we only had 1-2 workers each day. This was because one of their other projects was delayed by rain (they do a lot of exterior painting) so our promised 6 painters didn't happen. Two days were missed due to Thanksgiving so it actually took about 14 days (they don't typically work weekends, but did one Saturday). Actually only 2 workers do the painting, the rest are prepping by moving furniture, laying paper on the floor, covering lights and furniture, removing outlet covers, etc. Advice to people doing this for the first time - have a drywall repair service come through first to fix all the holes and wall texture issues because that is not something this company does. When your walls are painted anew you will see every flaw, and there will be touch ups needed, and they were great about doing them all. All workers were professional and polite, working 8:30 to 5:30 most days, taking their hour lunch in our garage. They cleaned up after themselves and kept their staging area in our garage to a minimum so we only had to park one car outside. For their price this company is hard to beat, but you might not get the whole team at your scheduled date. read more
