The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I accompanied my 18 yo daughter into the shop trying to fix the tattoo she had gotten the day before which was not done well. We walked in calmly and politely.. Steve was rude and immediately hostile! He didn't let us get a word in, refused to answer any questions (such as is there any way to fix it without changing the design) and threw some cash at her (even though we were not looking for a token refund - just a fix). Absolute shit of an experience. Setup to do a half sleeve Stevie. Come in the day of and they thought I went somewhere else to get tattoo done so he didn't do any research on Zelda. I waive it off and still sit in the chair. Starts doing the shield on Link and it's green. I'm like are you setting this up to be hyrulian Purple. He's like it's it supposed to be?....... I know nothing about Zelda he says. Dude. What. Half way into it. The work was trash and faces looked like botoxed link. Stopped multiple times to go smoke weed with his biker buddies. Won't mention affiliation but very weird. Finished and it was so bad. Heavy handed gouging into my skin. Healing took months. Months man. Had to go to another shop to get it fixed and still isn't right. I have Over 20 tattoos and this was my worst experience ever. Never go here. Ever. read more

I have learned from my fuck ups as a wet behind the ears dumbass, tattoos with girlfriends names etc. and have had work done with most of the state. And a couple from other places. I just got a very important tattoo today. And it's great. No bourgeois " we have ikea furniture, so we are obviously better than you" bullshit. No price gouging. And that's what I got. Do you want to take your kids with you? To a tattoo studio? Hell no. The rules are posted in front. For good reason. Seriously? Do you take junior to koots? How about the 13 year old girl I had to rescue from a korn concert mosh pit? She was being beat up by losers. And after I got her out and returned a few blows to her abusers. I asked her where's your parents? Same thing. I will be back to the shop. And clutch kicks ass. read more

I found this shop on yelp because I am new to the area. I called and talked to steve who told me to just come on in and talk to him about what I want. He stayed later then usual to help me which was great! I scheduled an appointment for a week later. Showed up this morning and had just the best experience that I've had in any other shop I've been to! He did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with what I walked out with (even tho I couldn't hang for him to finish) he was really nice when I started to get a little uncomfortable and told me I had done great and that he didn't want to torture me anymore for today lol. Got a tattoo from Steve as a walk in a few weeks ago. I did not have a pleasant experience, and out of the many tattoos I have, what I got from pair a dice was by far the worst. I felt like Steve rushed my tattoo, MULTIPLE lines on my tattoo that are supposed to be straight lines are not straight at all. You can see many mess-ups throughout the tattoo where he was not patient and tried to do it too fast. I regret going to pair a dice, simple as that. I paid over $150 per hour for a tattoo that literally has the quality and preciseness of a tattoo done by a brand new artist. This is how little confidence I have in the shop after getting the tattoo; I don't even trust him to do the touch up! I will be getting the tattoo fixed next time I have time with my normal artist. Save your skin and money and go elsewhere. This guy claims to be some expert, professional artist and all he did was take my money and gave me a shitty tattoo, Highly disappointed. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Firstly, I'm a 48 year old mother with a teenager who wanted her nose pierced. Now I'm freaking out! She researched, showed me her results, so I brought her to Pair-A-Dice. It's EASY TO FIND! There's parking!! Things are looking up! We get inside to a warm reception from their staff. Allen (Alan?) was our piercing specialist. (Yes. Piercing SPECIALIST) He began asking questions before anything else. He did not just jump up & use a gun to pierce her nose & send her off like at the mall. First ID & birth certificate is required as well as parent ID. If you don't have those items don't go. This shop goes by the law. Breathe easy parents! After carefully discussing what look she was after, we went back to a room and he put her in a very roomy piercing chair. He explained everything he was doing, clearly & step by step. He very carefully cleaned the area. He took his time to pick the perfect spot to place the piercing. He patiently waited through a barrage of teenage questions as she looked in the mirror, FINALLY deciding which tiny dot was the right one. Everything is sterile & in its own packaging. Allen wore gloves the entire time. As he began to work, he was talking in a calm steady voice telling her what he was doing & what to expect. Two deep breaths later, her beautiful gem was in. The actual piercing time is about 4 minutes! He explained care, NOT to spin it & rip the healing skin, how to wash & clean it. It has a flat back so nothing sticks out or will stick her. It has a smooth disk. He explained to clean the inside as well. They will do the first change of jewelry for you to ensure it healed correctly. They made it VERY clear if there were any issues to call or come to the shop immediately. Honestly as a mother & customer, Pair-A-Dice was completely AMAZING! Great service, everything clearly explained, & Allen was absolutely WONDERFUL. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PAIR-A-DICE to anyone thinking of getting a piercing. They're professional, very clean, very nice & great at explaining everything to make you knowledgeable about your piercing and aftercare. Very reasonable prices & selection as well.
