Nice little cigar bar in downtown Media with all the vibes. There's cozy chairs/couches, a bar, high top tables, and several TVs. Well priced and LOTS of cigar options. The staff is very knowledgeable. Plenty of street parking. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I'm not an everyday cigar smoker so it was nice having Julie introduce us to the various types of cigars. Every recommendation was lovely. My favorite are the cigars made by Acid (brand). Very Very smooth . I drank the Orchard Edge cider. Mild and pretty good. It was a good pairing with my cigars. The staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Media, PA

Awesome that a place like this is within walking distance from our house. What's more, whiskey selection is impeccable. Bravo.

I was looking for a good cigar selection but not necessarily a place to smoke. Is this place a cigar shop too or is it mainly for smoking there?

Both! Great selection with walk in humidor and beautiful bar and lounge seating. Full bar too.

We were semi-self service in the restaurant because it was only 1 person working in the front. I felt really bad for him. He took sometime to order and brought the food out. Nevertheless the food was good. The mussels were flavorful. The sauce was white-wine base. Very unique. It came with the garlic bread on the side. I highly recommend to try. The wings are tender and juicy inside, good texture, not dry. Many tables and seats inside. Bathroom is ok. Street parking. Overall a good place to watch sports and get rowdy with tasty food.

Tap 24 was the one that had dining area right in front of the entrance with huge large glass window, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful summer day while dining. The dining space was not as big as regular restaurants, few tables in front for larger groups and smaller ones were further inside across the bar. The bar huge though where most people hung out. They also had a game viewing area in the back. But though out the place there were several TVs that had the game on. The menu had plenty of popular American style dishes. I got to try the chicken wings and mussels for appetizers. Both were excellent. My friends loved their sandwiches and salmon dishes as well. All the dishes were served within a short wait time. The bartender was serving our table as well. He did really good job. We had a wonderful time hanging out with everyone while dining and watching the game.

When I saw that Sligo had Guinness Cheese Fondue and Jameson Mustard, the decision was made. We headed directly to Sligo. Bonus: I found a parking spot right in front. In Media. At Happy Hour. That alone felt like a victory. A few of the regulars sitting at the bar were amused by my pre-entry ritual. The bartender was very good, although it took him a few minutes to warm up to Jen. She has that effect on people. We ordered the bar pretzel with Guinness Cheese Fondue and Jameson Mustard. The cheese was good, but let me tell you about that Jameson Mustard... The Jameson Mustard should be its own food group. I would put that mustard on everything. Yes... everything. Wink, wink. And then I saw they had Stable 12 Brewing Company on tap. If you follow The Cheesesteak Life, you already know I'm a huge Stable 12 fan, and once again, they did not disappoint. Strawberry Lime. Yum. Good food, good beer, an entertaining bar, and parking right in front? That's a good'ish Happy Hour stop in Media!

We got seated right behind the live music and I'm so glad we asked to move since we got the cozy fireplace table and there's no way we could have heard eachother otherwise. The chairs were weirdly uncomfortable and seemed a mix of styles. When everything else called to be cozy that was an odd misstep in a cold winter night. They were out of a handful of things but they did have a super extra special menu to try. We had to sample the mashed potato balls but honestly they were dense and dry without a lot of flavor. If you mixed with the sauce they were ok but don't really recommend. The stews were amazing, and the shepherds pie will absolutely take you back to the island, and huge portions. The yak burger really tasted great but it was one of those "too huge to fit" type of burgers so be aware. The desserts really weren't inspiring so we skipped. This is very popular and the bar area was totally packed when we headed out. I'd say worth going but ask for where you want to sit and be prepared to just take awhile.

A live guitarist was setting up for the evening in the space between the two rooms. He started playing just after we were seated, and it was a bit loud from the proximity, but a member of our party asked if we could move. After checking with the hostess, we were whisked away to a cozier table by the room's fireplace. Given the cold weather, it was quite nice. That table also had some more comfortable seats, so I'm glad they could accommodate the switch. Our server was quite personable, and took good care of us as we ordered drinks and waited for the rest of our group. She did need to check on some menu items and they had some sold our dishes, but there were plenty of options still. When the food came, one of our entrees had a small mix up, but it was resolved before the rest of our food made it out. My shepherd's pie filling was deliciously rich. The mashed potatoes on top were broiled to crispy perfection. I didn't love the bread on the side, but I had more than enough pie to fill me up. Overall, I'd love to go back and try some other menu options.
