First the food is really good and not what you would expect in a small family shop. The service is really good as well. It's a small shop, so pretty easy to be a good server. Had the corp brass in and it was lunch time. I took them to Paisano's. They wanted to go across to new hamburger/taco shop...Mainly because the outside of Paisano's looks like hell. Inside is clean, but it really needs to be freshen up. So, the ambiance is not the best... Maybe turn down the lights. Oh we did like that there was no music. read more

It had been months since we last went to Paisano's. It was our 14-y-o grandson's birthday & it was his choice, which was a good one. We all had the Lobster Bisque which was just as good as we remembered & a delicious, crispy appetizer of fried mozzarella sticks. Their complimentary buttery garlic bread knots with marinara dipping sauce was a tasty accompaniment. We all got different pasta entrees with marinara sauce and no one had any complaints. All but one of us had leftovers to take home. Our waitress, Cameron, was very pleasant & efficient. She stopped by our table numerous times to check to see if we needed anything. It was a very relaxing basic Italian meal in a very affordable restaurant. I'm not sure if Tony & his family are still the owners--no one i recognized was working there. We did take out fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, Caesar, salad, meatballs, sandwich, and 16 inch Pizza. It fed all four adults and had lots of leftovers. I ordered online and drove through and picked it up a little bit pricey but overall it was really good. read more

Recently moving to area and saw this little place, decided to try it. Small little restaurant, older building. Comfortable, clean dining area. We were there at lunch so not sure if always order at counter as there were menus too, but either way...worth the stop. I would prefer the bread to have a little flavor or seasoning, but the bread was perfectly toasted and light. Salads typical for Italian restaurant, ranch dressing good. We used to enjoy coming here but recently we brought the grandsons with us. When the 5 year old wasn't looking, the 3 year old snatched his meatball off the spaghetti. There were tears so I asked the waitress if we could have one extra meatball. (They only put one meatball on the kids' spaghetti) She said "No." I said "I'll pay for the meatball" She said "No, the chef'd have to cook it." RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER AGAIN! I'm shocked at the rude customer service I received from this family-owned business. On my way home from work today. I called in an order four of my family of six. During the call, the young lady who took my order was extremely rude and short over the phone, mocking me for not knowing the menu. When I picked up the order, the young lady never greeted me and handed me a receipt book stating, "Your order has been prepaid," and then slammed the window. My son was in the car with me and we were both very shocked! When the young lady returned, she still had not greeted us, and she had a mad look on her face while handing me my order. I proceeded to tell her that she had rude customer service. When I left, I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner. He proceeded to tell me that the girl was his daughter and then immediately hung up on me. I called him back, and he told me not to ever call back there again. Wow!!!! Despite having spent $85 there, they hung up on me after cutting off my attempt to explain how bad their service was. Family run Businesses are great, however, if family members feel that they are exempt from being nice to the customers just because they are family, it's sad!!! My family and I have lived in benbrook for almost four years, and we've eaten at this restaurant several times. As a matter of fact, my husband Enjoyed going there. ... First visit to this place was based on the high average rating. My overall rating is average. First came the free bread and warm marinara sauce. Didn't care for the bread or sauce. Both very average. I started my meal with a Caesar salad, dressing on the side. It was huge, more than I thought I would get. It was good and I'm glad I got the dressing on the side. Next came the cup of soup that comes with the pasta entrees. I had the pasta e fagioli. I've had much better at several other restaurants. My entree was spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. Lots of al dente pasta with tasty, tender meatballs and sauce, but there was not enough of the sauce and it could have had more gravy. Service was very good. I came here with a girlfriend of mine after getting our nails done for dinner. we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had not only pizza but delicious pasta dishes to choose from and wine! The service was impeccable, server was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very laid-back and makes you feel like you're in a quaint neighborhood Italian spot. Nice people, good food. But they really need to work on that spaghetti with meat sauce. Way too much pasta and not enough meat sauce. And the meat sauce is so dry it will not spread to the pasta. So if your order looks like this when it comes out, just ask for more tomato sauce. read more

Service sucks!!! I asked the girl at the window that gave me my food to go was everything in the bag. She said yes I got home. I only got half my food and paid for the whole food. I called back up there. The manager got on the phone and said it was in the bag all your food and you're not getting no more food told me and said never come back to his place, or he was going to kill me and call the cops on me for trespassing and all I wanted was the rest of my food I paid for so I will not ever go to this place.
