I had the Roman Pizza (their thinnest crust) and did a half-and-half situation because commitment is hard when everything sounds amazing, and WOW was that the right move. The sauce deserves its own shoutout, flavorful, and not overly sweet and the toppings were incredibly fresh. But let's talk about the real star of the show: THE CRUST. For dessert, we had the tiramisu... which is not pictured because it didn't stand a chance. Homemade, creamy, and ridiculously delightful. Order it. No regrets. The experience doesn't stop with the food. Olivella's has a great wine selection, a nice bar area with cocktails, and the service is top notch. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuine. You can tell they care about what they're serving and the people they're serving it to. We arrived just at 5:00, but the restaurant filled up very quickly. Next time we may need to make reservations l, if they take them. Josh was our waiter. He was great knowing this was the first time visiting the restaurant. He took great care explaining all the food on the menu, especially when we asked about his favorite pizza. The ambience is very intimate, small tables, nicely casual. We ordered Mama's meatballs. Served on a tomato sauce and garlic bread, the meatballs were light and not overfilling. After hearing about this place in one of my foodie groups, we decided to grab dinner there. Since they are known for their pizza, we tried three different pizzas and two styles, both the Roman style and the Neapolitan style. All three of us were very happy with the pizzas and they are certainly among the better pizzas we have found in Fort Worth. We also tried the meatball appetizer which was very good. They must use a mixture of different meats because the taste was much different from most places. Service was very friendly and efficient, no problems there. My only knock on Olivella's is that it is very loud inside. We were there on a Tuesday night and we could barely hear each other trying to talk across the table. Crust was dry, lots of cheese bread versus pizza, some sauce which was pretty good san marzano style but not enough of it. Service was okay. I don't understand the hype? read more

My only experience with Olivella's has been through their catering--and it was absolutely fantastic. We used them for a company party, and everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. They offer a wide, well-rounded menu with plenty of delicious options, and they delivered everything we needed, including plates, napkins, and cutlery, which was a huge plus and made the event effortless. We ordered four or five main dishes (I wish I could remember them all!), and every single one was a hit. Guests were raving about the food all night, so it's safe to say you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Wow! Love this place and I can see everyone else does too! This is a great mom and pop pizza place. Start with the meatballs they are soooo flavorful and just the right texture. Unsure? They will give you a mini meatball to try. The server was so friendly and told us all about the pizzeria. He gave great suggestions. We tried both styles of pizza Roman and Neapolitan. Roman is thinner and crispier, Neapolitan is foldable but not as crispy. Both were yum. We also tried the pasta, delicious. Our group ended with tiramisu. It was so good we got a second slice! I've been to Olivella's for dinner a few times and loved it each time! This place is small, cozy, and inviting, making it perfect for any occasion. There's even a small private room in the back that can be reserved, which is perfect for a birthday celebration or intimate gathering. It's no surprise that they've been voted as the best pizza in Texas. Their pizzas are so fresh, light, and packed with so much flavor. At my most recent visit, I caught up with one of my friends. We both ordered their sangria (which isn't on the menu). We shared the burrata salad, which oh my goodness was arguably the best salad I've had in a long time. It's so simple, yet so flavorful. We also shared a half chicken pesto margherita and half della carne roman style pizza, which were outstanding. A staff member (I think the manager), even stopped by at our table to check on us, which was such a nice gesture! There's parking in the front and along the side of restaurant, with additional parking in the back and in front of the surrounding stores, which are available after work hours. Overall, Olivella's is a place I make an effort to show to out of town guests. The vibes are great, the staff is so friendly, and the food is divine. I hope to try their brunch sometime. A friend told me about this place so I went in for an early dinner on a Sat night and sat at the bar. The bar tender was attentive. It was a little loud with a screaming child in the back corner. This is a family place. I started with the spinach artichoke cheese dip. The bread it came with was fantastic but would prefer thinner smaller pieces or chips so as to be able to scoop the dip. Something with a bigger surface area. The main entree was cheese tortellini with peas and ham. I added chicken which was dry. There was very little sauce so I asked for a side. Made a big difference and it tasted so good. There is no house wine so chose a chianti which seemed pricey with it being an Italian place. Overall great service and good food. Let me first start off with I located this restaurant off of tik tok and we are SO glad we came! We arrived in a Friday evening and the atmosphere was very much like I would find in a big city downtown area. We started off with their bruschetta and their Della Casa salad with share. Woohoo, lived their bruschetta!! The capers added were a very nice touch h. We ordered two separate pizzas. The first was the Neapolitan pizza called the Snow White. Just ordered a soppressata pie, Roman style, for delivery from this joint. I got super excited because I haven't had a soppressata pie since I lived in Brooklyn several years ago. The crust was thin, as they had described, and the sauce and cheese were decent for sure. The soppressata....i'm not quite sure if it really counts. Also, I don't really understand the Roman style thing. It didn't really fit in the box..lol. For $28, I think they probably coulda done better. They have a beautiful red sauce that marries with the fresh mozzarella and tangy pepperoni like converse goes with jeans and a white t-shirt. It's THE order you should have if it's your first time or your 50th time! Service here is full of a bunch of take out rockstars (we've never eaten in lol). Well it's been a few years since I first tried Olivella's and my girlfriend and I decided to go there for our Valentine's day dinner. It was about a 15 min wait when we arrived which wasn't bad at all and the man at the host podium was very nice, when we were sat it was towards the back of the restaurant which I prefer cause it's a little quieter and has nice ambiance with the lighting. We ordered the Cesar salad to start which was delicious and I had a glass of Cabernet, for our Entrées she had the linguine in Pesto cream sauce and I had the Tortellini Ala Vodka both were delicious with a side of fresh Foccacia bread.
