They arrived on time, and overall the house was clean upon completion. The carpets were cleaned with a potent cleaner that myself and my dogs are having difficulty (so not just a steam clean). Upon checking house cameras everyone wore sneakers and work boots within the home (we are a no shoe household). They were seen standing on top of the white couch in work boots. The carpet cleaners turned the cameras to face the wall so they were not visible (upon talking with maidly, they said this had to be done bc they didn't want to get the camera wet when cleaning the floor. It does not make sense, bc the camera (and Google home device next to it that was not touched) was not moved, but turned around from behind to face the wall. They also did not clean the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Bad experience, my house smells like the bathroom at a gas station, not trust worthy, attempts to gas light in response to bringing this to their attention. Find another company that is respectful of your home, devices, and honest. The door of my house was left unlocked and one was left cracked open after they left.

While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. He quoted me $280. Not "around $280." Not "starting at $280." Just $280. It was clear as day in the Yelp messages. I then paid $50 to reserve the cleaning. When the crew showed up, they seemed confused by the size of the house. About 10 minutes later, Juan called and said he was somehow confused and thought it was a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home. I'm still not sure how that happened, since the actual size of the house was right there in writing. He also could not point to anything in our Yelp conversation that supported his new version of events. Then came the surprise: the price was suddenly no longer $280. It was $480. But lucky me, he could "discount" it to $440. Very generous to offer me a discount on a price increase caused by his own alleged confusion. At that point, I told him to have his staff leave. To his credit, he did send back my $50 reservation payment afterward. Unfortunately, that did not solve the actual problem, which was that we had movers coming the next morning and needed the house cleaned before moving our family in. So, based on my experience, I would not recommend Go Cleaning Services. The quote changed after the crew arrived, the explanation did not make sense, and the whole thing left us scrambling at the worst possible time. AVOID!
