Carlos has been cleaning our house for months, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very courteous, thorough, and does an amazing job. Always asking if there's anything else he can do. Once, one of my kids dropped a decorative item and broke it (I saw my child break the item, for the record.) Carlos noticed the broken item while he was cleaning, and the next week, brought in glue to fix it. It was an incredibly sweet thing to do. Carlos cleaned our one bedroom apartment in SF for years. He is highly professional, on time, reliable, and always did an amazing job in a short amount of time. Looking for a cleaner, I of course turned to yelp. I tried a couple others before Carlos. The other folks did a good job but cost *much* more. We have a small little house and have Carlos come do the basics for us every other week for $75 a shot. He does all the standard things like floors, dusting, etc. But what I also really appreciate is that I can ask him to do special things each week (e.g. sweep the front porch) and know that it will be done well. I think Carlos can bring his own supplies, but he just uses what we have. I actually like that because then I know what types of clean products will be used and can avoid and super toxic or super abrasive cleaners. Oh and he is also a very nice guy, and I feel good about giving business to him instead of one of those big corporate cleaning companies. read more

Carlos has been cleaning my place for over six years and has made the move with me to a larger place. Some of my concerns when hiring someone to come into my home to clean are quality, trustworthiness and discretion. Carlos hits those on all cylinders. He does a great job maintaining my place no matter how hard I have hit it. Love coming home on Thursdays to see it sparkling and smelling perfect. I have no concerns about Carlos having a full set of house, building and garage keys. NEVER has anything been missing, which is a huge comfort. Being a guy, I really prefer another guy cleaning my place. No concerns about him being offended by the occasional indiscretion left behind (you know what I mean). Carlos is reliable and if for some reason cannot make it, he gives plenty of notice and will arrange for a substitute (happens maybe once a year when he goes on a well deserved vacation).
