I have dropped off packages to th this location for the last five years and today was the first time that I arrived in my package did not have the label fixed and as moody as the owner has been over the years, I never expected today's treatment. When he saw that my label was not fixed and he had to use some of his tape to attach the label, he told me that UPS doesn't pay him to do anything for drop off packages and he should have to do anything for a package drop off. Because complaining about adding tape I left and went to a UPS store across the street where I was graciously assisted quickly, no one complained about me using tape, and did not tell me to go somewhere else as the owner of Pak Mail did. read more

The worst service. I recommend going anywhere else. Not only is the service bad, they are actually rude to you. I had a package to drop off a return that needed some tape and a label printed. I had called before coming in and was simply told I didn't need to print it that they could do it for me. When I showed up, they told me that they would have to charge me to print the label as well as for the tape they would need to use. When I informed them that no one had told me there would be a charge to print the label when I called, they went into a tirade about how I had to think about how they could make any money. I realize that it would've been easier to pay the three dollars and let them ship it for me, but I refuse to do business with people who yell at me. Took it down the street to a different location, was treated very nicely, gladly paid for them to print my label, and they taped my box for me at no extra charge. This place is always so helpful. I had to send something via FedEx but I didn't have an envelope. I brought my own envelope but I wasn't sure if I could use anything other than a FedEx envelope for overnight FedEx. The guy not only gave me an envelope, but even offered to put the label on the envelope for me knowing that I wasn't even in there to buy anything. read more

I deal with this store all the time. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but it's sad that more people who have good experiences don't post. Everything I've ever shipped out of there has gotten there fine. They are a pleasant father/son owned business and the prices are reasonable. They always tell me what the cheapest way to ship is. They normally don't take USPS but as a regular customer I've asked them and they obliged. I will continue to do business there. read more

This is the WORST place to come for any computer/scanning services. Having previously visited this location for a scanned colored copy that cost me about $1.00, I decided to visit again for a different colored copy. The son of the owner scanned my documents, broke the cover of my USB (it was not broken when I handed it to him and he knew he broke it because he said sorry when handing it back to me), and then charged me $5.35 for a one page colored copy. Since the owner had previously yelled at me for not having cash readily available last time, I carried a lot of cash with me and without thinking I paid the $5.35 afraid that they would get mad at me again. Feeling cheated for paying over $5.00 for just a one page colored PDF copy, I returned to ask them about the charge and the son of the owner yelled at me. They now said that 1-5 pages is $5.35 although last time I had a copy done in less then $1.00. They then complained that they had to pay rent, yelled "shame on you" at me, and told me never to come back. I felt cheated and insulted yet again. Only come here if you want to be screamed at, charged excessively for minimal services, or berated. No customer should ever be treated this way. DO NOT COME HERE! Be careful everyone! read more
