I genuinely don't know what happened to this place, but yikes. This used to be my go-to, and I'm really not hard to please--just respect my appointment, do what I ask, and don't rush me out like I'm on a conveyor belt. Apparently, that's too much to ask now. I went in for dip nails and brows and was in and out in under 30 minutes... which should've been my first red flag. My nails were cut so short they actually hurt for days (how does that even happen?), and the shape was completely off. When I asked for tips, I was told "no" and basically overruled with a French tip instead and a "trust me." I did. That was my mistake. They looked so bad. And my eyebrows? Please. I've had more shaping done by accidentally rubbing my face. She barely took anything off and didn't clean them up at all--it didn't even look like I had them waxed. The whole vibe was very "next customer!" instead of actually caring about the person in the chair. It felt rushed, sloppy, and honestly just disrespectful. I paid (regretfully), but let's be real--I shouldn't have. I work hard for my money, and this felt like it was taken, not earned. Safe to say I won't be back. Sophia is the worst person to get on the phone..she's the one that sits at the 1st chair.She rushes you off the phone while making an appointment and rushes you while you're there as well and get annoyed if you ask her to fix something. Everyone else seems kind and waits for you to decide what color you want or design - while Sophia has an annoyed face and continues to talk about you while you decide and then proceeds to do a bag job read more

Very nice salon it's clean and has a nice atmosphere. My problem has nothing to do with the salon itself. I'm upset because I went to get a simple manicure, I was excited to go, relax and treat myself for once. Unfortunately the woman who did my nails was in such a rush. She finished in about 10 minutes and did a horrible job. She barely even looked at my nails she was too busy talking to the other staff and taking phone calls. I felt completely neglected. She also used the same nail tools that she had used for the pervious person. Not okay!! I'm very upset and if I hadn't have been using a gift card I would have been even more upset. Very disappointed. I have never been so rushed during a manicure and pedicure before. She barely did anything but paint my nails and left my hands a mess. She tapped my nails with the tool to push my cuticles down and did not scrub my feet.She also stopped to take another customer and left me sitting for 15 minutes. ok, you are asking why a guy is writing about this place - it is a very simple answer: $10 for 10 minute massage! I bartend so my arms, shoulders and neck get stiff after a cranking night of slinging cocktails. These Korean ladies are excellent at getting me back up and running- it is a great deal and right up the street from the house. They also do nails and stuff but you ladies have to review this place for that! read more

Worst SNS powder manicure ever. This is after 5 days of wear, and only on my non dominant hand. Other SNS manicures I've gotten in the past have lasted 2+ weeks and they remain shiny throughout. This manicure was rushed and not done properly (by the owner of the establishment) The polish is flaking off in the strangest way. Honestly I'm pretty sure the woman used a regular Essie top coat on top of the powder gel manicure. My cuticles weren't cleaned up as you can tell on my thumb, and my nails were not cut evenly. After an hour and a half there was no time for a pedicure, but honestly might have dodged a bullet. The place was packed when I went and I can understand trying to keep people happy, but rushing and doing a poor job isn't acceptable. Overall bad experience. read more

Do not go here. Sad for me to say that I been a loyal customer for 3 years now. The last 4 times I went my nails looked like it was done by a 3rd grader. The powder was stained on tm fingers, the paint was under my nail , paint on my fingers itself, and cuticles weren't taken care of. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. She rushed and left nails crooked as well as gel powder all over my cuticles and told me that it would come off easily when I washed my hands (lie). This is an excellent nail salon. All the girls are extremely nice and friendly. They are very clean. I have been there right before they close on many occasions over the past years and each and every time they have the Clorox bottles out wiping and cleaning. I like that about a place. Everything is sanitized. They really do well trying to make everyone happy. I have witnessed plenty of screw balls in there but they always smile. These girls are hard workers too. Worst. Manicure. Ever. I went here for a gel manicure. It was awful! Gloppy, bumpy, and edges missing. I complained and was offered to have it fixed, but I didn't have time, so they gave me a gift certificate to have another one. Meantime, the entire gel manicure had PEELED OFF in less than a week. Gels shouldn't even chip for 2+ weeks! So I went to get my free one...and had the same issues! This time I pointed out the problems to the nail tech during the manicure and she blamed my nails for them being gloppy and cotton being stuck in it. What?!?! Then, less than 24 hours later 3 of my nails started to chip at the edges. Less than 72 hours later, half of a nail had already peeled off. PIc uploaded if you don't believe me. Truly, truly awful. I am a long time customer who regularly goes for waxing. Today I got a pedicure, which was ok, nothing incredible. However what I am most upset about is when I started my pedicure I stated after waxing I would like a 15 minute back massage. After my services I asked again may I please have my massage, the person assisting me asked the owner and she shook her head no, and said "to busy". In the 20 years that I have gone to diverse salons, NEVER have I been denied a service, especially a simple massage. Imagine my dissappointment, a loyal paying customer gets told no, sorry we are to busy for you today. For me to take the time to write this review, I must be really upset.
