Tried Perfect 10 for the first time today based on some reviews I got from people in the area. Super impressed! The place was so clean and well maintained. Very welcoming environment. Doris did a new set of UV gel on me due to the terrible job done last time with my previous set (done at a different place in the area). I absolutely LOVE how they came out! She filed them exactly as I asked and took her time in doing them. I'm super happy and I haven't said that for a long time about my nails! They were great! My daughter got acrylics for the first time and was thrilled with the results. They have a huge selection of colors and can draw nice nail designs. The place was bright, clean and staff was friendly. The only reason I took one star off is because my nail technician seemed to be arguing with the manager(?) about charging me more for putting sparkles on two nails. It was literally a coat of polish (on two nails) that she wanted to charge me extra for. Thankfully, I think the manager prevailed as the total was not too expensive. All in all, I think we have found our new nail salon. read more

Highly recommend! I don't get to get my nails done often or without occasion so I wanted to treat myself as the weather got warmer. My in laws don't normally get their nails done often either so I invited them and our party went from 1 to 4 rather quickly. I called to make an appointment and was glad they were able to get us squeezed in with 1 days notice. It was 3 regular mani/pedis, and 1 regular pedi and we were all in and out within the hour! The space is clean including the bathroom. We all loved the nail techs we worked with, and they were all super accommodating, making sure we were happy with the color we chose. It is super evident when a business knows how to take care of their clients. Not once did we feel rushed, which has not been my experience with other salons in the past. Also, since it was my father-in-law's first time getting a mani/pedi, they walked him through the process and made sure he was comfortable. I've always been weary of nails salons because previous experiences at other salons have always left me in pain due to getting cut by tools or unsatisfied by the quality of work. I tried a different salon one month ago just for a change and I asked for coffin shaped nails and they made my nails round and said it's the same thing. Regarding appointments, I usually make the earliest appointment possible and I've never had to wait to be seen. The salon also has plenty of parking. I highly recommend making an appointment before you go. This place is clean, has a vast array of color options for both regular polish, gel nails and SNS and the pricing is amazing! I wish I could remember all my nail techs names but they're all absolutely amazing. They're never overly aggressive when they're prepping my nails. My nails always last over a month and the shine doesn't fade. If I had to make one small complaint it would be the samples shown sometimes tend to be different from the color of the product applied. I'm not sure if the sample color changes from sitting out for so long or if the sun changes it but the colors are still beautiful. I called to check for availability on a weekday and they had one in 20 mins. Perfect timing! The place is bright yet felt warm, busy but organized. It's nice and clean, and everyone seemed polite. I had Yoko do my powder manicure. She did it nice and quick! Despite that, I did not feel like she was rushing. I love that! After the manicure, the minute-long back massage added that feel-good touch that truly made me feel like this was my me-time to enjoy. This place is very clean (also face mask and hand sanitizing are required upon entry). They have so many color options, especially for powder and gel. My nail tech was Lena and I got a French gel mani and express pedi (express means they don't cut your cuticles and it's a little bit cheaper -- pedi was done in just under 10 mins). Lena was very meticulous with my mani -- she checked that every nail matched in shape and length, as well as with the French tip. My appointment was not rushed even though it was getting close to closing time. I highly recommend this salon. Aside from being clean and pretty (which is rare for nail salons), they do a great job and management actually cares about the customers. I've been going here consistently for a year. I never make an appointment with a particular person because they all usually do a good job. On my recent visit, I wasn't too pleased with a particular nail tech (which is fine- everyone has bad days) and management stepped in and made sure I was happy. I always say that businesses are allowed to make mistakes but it's how management deals with that mistake that defines them. Today, I got a regular pedicure with Annie (no polish) and a regular French manicure with Abby. They were both great. I took a star off because of the sticker shock.. A regular pedicure cost 27.00 and a regular French manicure was 22.00...yikes. Plus I gave each of them a tip so it basically cost me 60.00. If I could give zero stars I would. I called at 1:50 yesterday to make an appointment for 530pm. I give my name and the services I want. I show up at 5:30 and they can't find my name in the book so the person closest to the cash register said you must have the wrong place can you show me your phone that you called the right place. I thought she asked me for my number so I recited my number and she's like no our phone number is xx and I was like no that's my phone number here's my phone and she's like "oh". This was in front of 7 other customers that this woman tried to humiliate me and basically tell me I went to the wrong place and go elsewhere. Then she starts speaking in another language and laughing. I stand there for a few minutes not knowing what was going on when an employee finally called me back to the pedicure chair. I get the pedicure first and the employee asked me if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes and she's said no don't cut your nails if I file it'll just be fine. So not only was I embarrassed by the employee next to the cash register about their mess up in not writing my appointment but the employee doing the service didn't want to do what I asked for. This other employee who did my services also spoke in another language loudly and laughing the entire time. It was extremely unprofessional and I should have not given her any 20% tip at all.
