There is a chef at the opposite end of where you order your food, hats off to that man he was very receptive and worked very hard. He helped with getting our table wiped down, our waters, and to go stuff for our leftovers, if he sees this, I want him to know I appreciated his efforts. They're also kind to give you complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were perfect, but the salsa needs some work (a *very* mild chipotle.) Things felt a bit muted and relied on a cheese that needed more tang. It kind of feels like someone created food having never visited Mexico.
