We did a phone screening earlier this week and finalized the details. I hired this cleaning company for my EMPTY rental property, which was already mostly clean. The job mainly involved wiping things down, cleaning two bathrooms, and handling a few additional tasks. I also told them ahead of time that I might add a few items to the list while the cleaner was there, and they assured me that was fine since the cleaner was paid hourly. For context, they charge $56 per hour, which is already a very high rate. After paying nearly $500 total, I expected a thorough and professional job. The cleaner did an okay job in some areas, and because I didn't want to micromanage her, I mostly left her alone to work. I also specifically told her that two bathrooms were being remodeled and did not need to be cleaned. Later, however, she reportedly told the company that she had cleaned one of those bathrooms anyway, which was simply not true. After she finished, we locked up the property and returned a few days later to paint and prepare it for move-in. That's when I started noticing multiple things that had not been cleaned at all. For example, I asked for the closet doors and shelves to be wiped down, and they clearly were not. Considering she spent 8 hours there, I honestly began wondering what was completed during that time. Wiping down empty closet doors and shelves takes very little time. At that point I was overwhelmed trying to finish painting and get the property move-in ready, so although I wanted to document everything immediately, I simply didn't have the time to stop and take photos of every issue as I found it. My aunt also noticed heavy dirt still left in the toilets, despite the extensive amount paid for cleaning services. Once the new tenants moved in, I contacted the company to explain the situation. Their response was essentially that too much time had passed and that their cleaner claimed I had approved the work. I requested either a partial refund or for another cleaner to come fix the issues. They asked me to send photos and said they would send someone out, so I did -- and then I never heard back. About a week later, after my tenants sent me additional photos showing more things that had been missed, I reached out again. I explained that if they would not offer a partial refund or resolve the issue, I would leave an honest review about my experience. Instead of addressing the concerns professionally, I was told that "the cleaner said everything was cleaned" and that the fact I mentioned leaving a review "said a lot" about me. That response was extremely frustrating. I'm simply sharing what happened. I don't lie, and I'm not trying to get free money from anyone. I paid for a professional cleaning service and did not receive the level of service I paid for. When I later sent additional photos from my tenants, the company focused only on one picture involving the washing machine, stating they do not clean washing machines, while completely ignoring the other issues shown in the photos. So I'm sharing my experience to let others know what happened. Maybe others have had better experiences, but mine was disappointing from start to finish. If you choose to hire this company, I strongly recommend thoroughly checking the work before the cleaner leaves and taking photos immediately, because in my experience the cleaner was not honest about what was completed. To make matters worse, this situation also made me look dishonest in front of my new tenants after I had assured them the property had been professionally cleaned. I'll be posting photos so others can judge the quality of the work for themselves. Mind you these are only the ones we took or the tenants sent. There was much more that we didn't document.

My mother hired Belleza's home services to do a deep clean of my home while my husband and our four…read morekids were away for the Thanksgiving holiday due to it being impossible to have cleaned any other time having 4 kids and a Great Dane, either my husband or myself are always home with our children. My mother had requested the deep clean to include the refrigerator being cleaned as well as the cabinet faces to be cleaned. She had also asked them to please not clean 2 of the upstairs bedrooms that would have the doors shut as well as notes on them that said "do not clean". When we came home after the cleaning we found that the 2 bedrooms that we asked not to have cleaned were cleaned and none of the items we asked to have cleaned were. The refrigerator was not cleaned as requested nor were the cabinet faces cleaned or even wiped down. In addition the floors looked like they were quickly gone over and still had spots on them that were completely missed that I was able to clean off with the wipe of a wet napkin. The framing around the sliding glass door was still completely dirty as well. This is not the kind of work you expect when you hire someone to do a deep clean. I have had deep cleans at other homes we have owned so I know what should have been done and this is no where near what I would consider a deep or even quality cleaning. It seemed that the cleaners spent all of the time they were here cleaning the two bedrooms we specifically told them not to clean and that had a large note stating "DO NOT CLEAN". My mom reached out to the company after discovering the poor quality of work, we didn't get a response for days due to the Holiday weekend and when we finally did get a response it was let me reach out to the cleaners. The next response was that they may have felt like they were afraid to take the paint off the cabinets so that's probably why they didn't clean them. Clearly and excuse.. First of all the house isn't even 10 years old so no the paint wouldn't come off, and secondly they weren't even lightly wiped down. They didn't offer any kind of a refund even though the work we requested to have done and paid to have done wasn't done. Their resolution was to offer to come back and try again. First of all, why would we want to have you come back to try and do it again when you couldn't do it right the first time. Secondly, it is almost impossible for us to get all of our 4 kids (all 6 and under which means several naps throughout the day) and Great Dane out of the house for 7+ hours for them to do a sub par cleaning job. I do not recommend you waste your money on hiring this company and suggest you go somewhere more professional that cares about the quality of their work if you need a deep cleaning. This company may be good for your weekly quick clean but certainly not a deep cleaning of any kind.
