I told them the condo was very clean already and that I would want only one hour. I told them that the oven woulde need a little cleaning. She told me I have to do the self cleaning oven first myself. I do not have a self cleaning oven. She said if means they have to spend time scrubbing my oven, then it would probably cost more. Could have been a better job, my husband us to work for the boss to but she was really something with him, always yelling at him, and I didn't like that. He has never worked for a cleaning company so he was still getting use to everything the older women were just so always full of drama. I needed a cleaning company for a friend . I saw this company's ad on their vehicle. I called them and got their answering machine. I left a message and never received a return call . I called again a week later. Krissy answered, I told her I hadn't received a return call, she apologized and asked if she could call me back in 90 minutes and promised to do so. I gave her my cell and landline. She called an hour later. I missed her call by 2 minutes and she didn't call the 2nd #. I immediately called her back, she didn't answer I left a message and have never heard from her. I sympathize with what our businesses are going through with emloyee shortages and high prices. But for a company to totally ignore a potential customer and be so unprofessional and disrespectful is completely inexcusable. Had EZ living clean my home and a rental. Annette did the estimating and it was not very accurate. I kept finding obvious places in my home that were not done. The rental was still a mess with obvious dirt and dust around the place. When asked I got a less than satisfactory answer. Quality of work is inconsistent. Always in a rush to leave even if job is unfinished. I have encountered a couple of nice people over the phone. But the people that were assigned to clean my home were very rude and did not seem experienced. But when I had called them to clean my home about 7 months ago, they did an ok job so I thought I would try them again. But this was definitely my last time using their cleaning service. read more

Left a bag of trash at my front door, I kid you not. Parts of my popcorn ceiling were on my couch, coffee table and floor. The kitchen counters were not washed properly, I went over them and got dirt off. The floors were vacuumed so sloppily there were leaves and dog hair on the rug in one room. I was very pleased with my experience with Kristy and the crew that cleaned my apartment. Kristy came over for a free estimate and then we scheduled a cleaning for awhile later. Due to the size of the crew, they were in and out of my 2 bedroom/2 bath home in 75 minutes, as promised, and left the place looking spotless. This was just a one-time cleaning for me because I'm afraid I can't afford them on a regular basis. If I had the means, I would hire them bi-monthly. Received a quote a year ago, but decided to go with other cleaning services. Called to inquire on new rates and spoke with the owner who was extremely unprofessional and rude. I am a true advocate for exceptional service. I am also in the sales industry, understanding that first impressions and service comes first before closing the sale. EZ Living lost the sale because the owner has not learned to conduct herself in a pleasant manner. She told me either I missed understood the quote the first time or her business partner who did the quote was delusional, while laughing. There was no need for that. As a consumer, I don't want to hear you talk badly about your business partner or laugh at your potential client's who may have promoted your business and as a business professional myself, when one of my clients has information different then what the organization offers, I would simply respond with, "My apologies, as that quote was done quite some time ago, our rates have changed. Additionally, that rate seems a little lower then what we usually charge for a home your size. Let me ask you a few key questions so that I may get you a better quote." Don't make the consumer feel like they are stupid. Then she goes on to tell me based on the rate I was previously quoted or missed understood to have, it would make no sense because her girls make about $15 dollars an hour when I would be lowering it to $10. This was extremely disappointing as most consumers would imagine that when they are talking to the manager or business owner, they would receive the best service. EZ Living charges higher rates, I would have been okay with that had the owner demonstrated to me something worthwhile as to why it was higher. This could have been as simple as answering the phone professionally and providing good service. I make GREAT money without having to scrub other people's toilets and paying your gals $15 an hour would have been nothing, but your service needs brushing up! read more

I recently used their service for both a rental house and my primary residence. The quote was right in line with other cleaning services I spoke with. I decided to go with EZ Living and I am glad I chose them. The rental house was a mess. They staff arrived and we discussed the job. They were professional and helpful in understanding my needs. When the job was finished I was very happy. The rental was probably cleaner than if I had done it myself, as the staff knows the tricks of the trade to get things as close to new as possible. I was so satisfied I decided to hire them to clean my house prior to a large party we were having. Everything from the floor to the ceiling was spotless.
