Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! When we started taking our dog to get groomed as a puppy, we went to many groomers who complained that he would move a lot and didn't like the razor. Many of them told us to get him trained and were very rude. Jessica did the opposite! She has always expressed how great our dog is and shows sooo much love and care... even when he pees everywhere! She truly does an amazing job grooming and she actually cares about the dogs. We recommend her to all of our friends and families. She does an amazing job grooming. She is the best groomer out there!!

Hate to be the one to leave a bad review but I was very upset with how my dogs last grooming appointment went. He went in for his routine grooming and we received him back with his right eye completely shut. Jessica said she didn't know what happened but picked him up and noticed his eye was watery before getting his haircut. She ignored the signs of his eye possibly being injured while at her grooming facility and proceeded to cut his hair while his eye was obviously not okay. She failed to communicate with me that his eye was the way it was until my bf picked him up (approximately 4 hours later) which saddens me because he continued getting groomed while in pain. I am a vet tech and I would have definitely taken the right precautions and not let her continue the grooming had I been told in advance. She probably accidentally got soap in his eye which I understand can happen but the reason I leave this review is because I was never told about his eye until my bf picked him up and because her last message was her saying it was out of her control when it clearly was. All I needed was for her to be honest about what happened and an apology. The lack of communication and concern for my fur babies is the reason I won't bring them back here. My baby now has a huge ulcer in his right eye and has to take 4 different types of medications. read more

Jessica is Super sweet! My German shepherd is 10 years old and has trouble standing for long periods of time. My dog had really long nails and it was really hard to get an appointment anywhere else. She quickly took me in an in 10 minutes I was out. She was super patient with my dog. Ilove the open space and overall amazing service! read more

They always ask if you'd like to pay for a bath before pickup. This time I declined because of the extra cost, and when I picked her up, it became obvious why they push that service. A dog shouldn't come home filthy simply because you didn't pay for a bath. After one bath at home, her eyes were already much better within a day. I won't be bringing my dog back, and I would not recommend this facility.

Update 10/14: We had…read moresince moved out of the immediate LA area and were trying to find local sitters via rover.. no luck. Our dog is not easy to manage. We brought him back to Mina (after a year of not seeing him). He definitely needed time to adjust again but Mina was extremely patient and gave us lots of great advice. Over time and after some planned frequent visits he was able to settle in again. So much so that she watched him for an entire two week period while we went on an international trip. Would not have been able to have make that trip without her - she was amazing to our dog and I could tell he loved being there!!

After our Dog Walker wasn't able to watch our dog over the Thanksgiving holiday, we were desperate to find somewhere that cared and loved our pup as much as we do. Happy puppy LA and their entire staff was an absolute dream to work with. They were accommodating, responsive, and very proactive and handling what became a scheduling nightmare due to an unfortunate last-minute stop at the emergency room for our dog before heading off to boarding. The staff worked tirelessly over the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure that our dog, Rosie, got the care that she needed. The daily Pupdates were always our favorite part of the day, being away from her, and let us see that she was well taken care of. Could not recommend happy puppy enough, if you're looking for a kind, responsive, thoughtful place to board your dog looking further .

The services they provide are so affordable for the care that they give to my animals. I trust them with my house and my animals and my life hahaha From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for offering in home boarding services for pets, it has made my life stress free while I have to travel because I know that my animals can chill at home with a great sitter :) Huge shout out to Marisa, Tia, Stevie, Olivia, and Sarah you guys are the absolute best.

Palacios pet grooming has groomed all three of my dogs and they have always done a wonderful job. They are so kind with my pets, you can tell the owner Jessica really care for animals. I love the way she cares and treats my dogs every time I take them to get groomed she is very up beat very friendly I wouldn't recommend nowhere else to take your dogs but to her place so if you wanna get a good grooming for your dogs this is the place to go read more
