Sabrina took a bit to acknowledge us and was the slowest server I have ever had in my life. She disappeared for almost 30 minutes. We had empty drinks, no salad, my entree of soup came before the salad and appetizers and when we finally found another server to get her, she said the kitchen ticket system was broken. Two hours for a lunch meal of salad, an appetizer, a cup of soup and a sandwich. Thank goodness I stocked up on the sangria mix on my last visit as I think I'm done. They need to get the service and customer experience back to what the family has touted. They're led to a table on the patio and asks to go into a tiki hut instead, which they are promptly sat in after they clean it off. So we asked our waitress, what's the deal!
