Anna is AMAZING she is great at designs I always put something fun on my nails, she is very detail oriented and they always look great! Also I have never had nails stay as nicely as these. The nails stay looking great even after the two week mark. My nails have never looked better! I live in Abacoa and have been wanting to make a change in Nail Salons. Well I'm so happy I did. Jamie did my nails (dips) and the owner Nicki did my pedicure. Loved it! Very clean, everyone spoke English. I hate when you go to other salon's and the girls go back and forth while your sitting right there and speak another language. I always feel it's rude and maybe they are talking about the clients. Anyway. The place is calm and relaxing. The pedicure chair is awesome as well is the pedicure. Very disappointing! I scheduled an appointment with Nikki and when I arrived on time for my appointment, I was told that she was running behind, did I want someone else to do my pedicure, I said that I would prefer to wait. About 15 minutes went by and I was told that Nikki could not do my pedicure, I would either have to go with someone else or reschedule for another date/time. I left! What is the sense in making an appointment if it doesn't mean anything. I don't appreciate the disrespect for my time. read more

Well, I hate to say this but, it started off as a great place to go, but I am not sure what is going on with them. Could be business is slow.. I don't know, but the unfriendliness is not good. The owner Nikki doesn't smile very much and doesn't seem to engage with her customers on a very friendly level. I also feel they are over priced especially for a a basic pedicure which costs $30.00. I am not sure I will be back much.. Tipsy salon offers $20 pedicures on certain days and offers you a complimentary glass of wine on certain days. I had high hopes for this place.... read more

I really wanted to like this place..nice decor, clean, quiet.. although I really do not understand how my deluxe pedicure that was $50 was the same amount of time as my friends basic pedicure, which was $20 less. I didn't see much of a difference at all in our pedicures, I would have been better off saving the extra $20 and getting a basic pedicure. My pedicure came out nice, but I think I'll save my money and go get my usual deluxe pedicure at Nails 2K where they actually give you what you're paying for. I used a translation app, not very nice things were said about there paying costomers. I was shocked, so mad. I tip 30% 50% atbtimes 100% bc when someone works hard and does a great job, I want to validate. I've never been so insulted. Regardless if they were speaking on me, or the ladies around me. Not the most expensive, not the cheapest, but they score points for being honest about availability -- if you call ahead they will tell the truth about when they can take you, and won't make you wait an hour just so they don't miss the sale. Friendly service and a decent polish job round out the set. The employees tend to chatter to each other to the detriment of speed, so not 5 stars, but pretty good for a college place. read more

If you go on a weekend they have a small staff so the wait is longer, especially at the end of the day. They are great about appointments and not overbooking. They are honest about pricing as well. Their pedicures are amazing! I've done four different pedicures and they are worth the money. The zero gravity chair definitely helps the experience! I have had several people do my nails and pedicures and I've never been disappointed. The wide array of colors and options is great as well. They are on the higher end of pricing, but you pay for what you get. That speaks true for this establishment (in a good way). read more

I have been going to Palazzio Nails for awhile now here and there. Until... They hired a new girl named Leah. She is fantastic! She always remembers exactly how I like my nails done. She remembers all the things I tell her, so she makes you feel like a friend every time. She does excellent work and I love the finished product each and every time I go. They do an excellent job of waxing and again half the price I was paying before. I have had pedicures and manicures also. Once again an excellent job on both. Went in for a pedicure this morning. Since moving here two years ago, this was by far the best pedicure I've had! It is spotless! My pedicure was over an hour long ( while the kids were at camp). It was Heaven! Highly recommend it here! read more

I just went here for the first time today and I LOVED it! The atmosphere was fantastic and everything was so pretty and clean; perfect for a nail salon! My visit started with a pedicure and I was pleasantly surprised when after awhile my nail tech Abby changed the chair into the zero-gravity setting. I've heard about these chairs before, but had never experienced one myself and WOW it made a good experience outstanding. I can truly say that I've been relaxed during a pedicure before, but this was hands down the best pedicure I've ever had (I actually almost fell asleep!) Afterwards I had a very relaxing and detailed gel manicure. Abby was fantastic and I just loved everything about this place. The price was a tad more than most places, but after my experience I will gladly pay it, and an added bonus is that they have a great rewards program and you save money after your 10th visit. I've been to so many salons and never heard of a nail salon having a rewards program. Please, do yourselves a favor and check this place out. Clean, relaxing, detail-oriented, zero gravity chairs, and they are super nice. Just remember to bring cash for a tip, I forgot and felt so bad, but luckily they let me add it to my card payment. read more

The absolute best nail place around, hands down. They always do a great job, my polish stays on for like 2 weeks (even when its regular, not gel) and the service is friendly!! They offer you a drink when you go in which is so nice and the 0 gravity chairs make it such a good experience. Honestly last time i was here i seriously dozed off during my pedicure for a minute bc i was so relaxed. Kinda expensive but so so SO worth it and not any more expensive than comparable places. my ultimate favorite! read more

The place is really nice inside and the service was good, however when I walked upfront to pay my bill it was a lot more then the price they gave me when I called to make my appointment. Not only are they about $15 more then all the other nail salon around in this area but they also charge you to "take off" the old NexGen I had on. (I have been getting NexGen done for years and never once was I ever charged a take off fee. Most places it's $45 this place was $60 for the exact same service. Kinda disappointed since I did like the nail tech. But don't like the fact that they tell you one price but when you go to check out it's a totally different price. I guess I will be making the far drive to go back to my old nail place. read more

Recommend by a friend and I've been there 2x now.......both visits were GREAT! I'm a little anal with cleanliness and they were constantly cleaning while I was there.....another thing I like is they have throw away scrubbies, buffers and liners for foot bath. The coolest part about this salon is that the chairs fully recline when you get a pedicure... so that's really nice, novel, and relaxing. That said, the pedicure is expensive and nothing special---and I got one of their fancy spa pedicures! What a waste of money. They serve you drinks. Free wine with a larger purchase of services. That's a nice touch, if only the services were worth it. The dip it powder manicure is also nothing special. And they don't do a thorough job. As in, cuticles should be taken care of as well. They also have space for so many clients to be served but only have about 4 people on staff. What's the point of owning a large space of you're not going to use it? But the absolute worst thing about this salon is the front desk girl... I say girl because she looks, acts, and dresses like she's too young to even have a job. She's super (fake) bubbly but has no clue what she's doing. read more
